19/11/2021 10:28 | A modest premium so far. | bountyhunter
18/11/2021 22:11 | "Midas verdict: Britain has long been at the forefront of scientific and medical research but the pandemic has shown how vital this sector is and how much support it needs. Life Science REIT will provide operators with the space to do their best work and the shares should deliver attractive returns as well. At £1, the shares are a buy." | bountyhunter
18/11/2021 22:11 | A promising Reit Consider also Life Science Reit, a real-estate investment trust. It plans to list on Aim and raise £300m to invest in laboratories, offices and co-working spaces, manufacturing and testing facilities, and data centres. It will then rent these out. Life-sciences research is a burgeoning sector. The fund will exclusively focus on the “golden triangle”, which comprises research-intensive universities in Cambridge, Oxford and London. The fund targets income-producing assets with a yearly NAV total return above 10% and an initial yearly dividend yield of 4%, set to grow to 5% in the early years. | bountyhunter
18/11/2021 17:36 | Looks like I got my full allocation of shares. Be interesting to see what tomorrow brings. I’m looking to add more if & when share price allows, as I intend this to be a long term hold. | gbcol
17/11/2021 17:20 | Got all mine but only a modest amount, first day of trading Friday :) | bountyhunter
17/11/2021 08:25 | Thanks for the info, I hadn't seen that yet. Sounds positive to me given the scale and oversubscription. I didn't realise it was potentially the largest London listed REIT IPO since 2016! "This is the largest London listed UK REIT IPO since 2016 with its success underlining the significant opportunity we have identified in the UK life science property sector, which is not currently represented by a specialist business on the public markets. We will now act swiftly to advance the pipeline of income-producing opportunities and exciting development opportunities currently under exclusivity or in advanced negotiations. We look forward to updating the market in due course." | bountyhunter
17/11/2021 08:17 | Interesting, wasn’t sure how this would go but positive that it was oversubscribed- even if that means scaling back. Hopefully I can top up holding at reasonable price when it starts trading in a couple of days. | gbcol
17/11/2021 08:03 | Placing increased to £350m (max issue size) from target £300m. Still oversubscribed so scaling back exercise undertaken. Admission 19 Nov. Result of Initial Public Offering - | speedsgh

14/11/2021 13:15 | Changed my view on this having researched further, up for a few. | bountyhunter
