Rum. Sorry. But that is a very small minded view. Think big and you might make a few quid. I have three houses with net debt of 450k. Am I skint. No. Can I service the debt. Yes. Will I at some point benefit from the risk. Most certainly.

a slight correction, net debt is $10mil, that's even after counting the cash in hand, so talking about reducing debt as you like, seller knows what's coming next...

The tr1 rns was 14th June but notification was holding as of 11th of June.Been 7 trading days since with traded volume of over 40m. So imo they must be nearly out
