Another 8,000,000 shares traded today. Added to the rest from the last 10/12 days, we have had around 20,000,000 shares changing hand. Therefore a holding RNS is due tomorrow at 7:15am, lol.
So now it's now clear as why we've seen the price drop from the recent high of 20+. Is this order been filed up?
Keep posting assespresso, it seems interesting, lol.

Oh dear. You are totally deluded. You said a few weeks ago the price would be above 20, then the cpr would be out by end of week, and now the price will increase 25% by the next rns - do you even know what the next rns will be you ramping loone. I really feel sorry for you, you're in way too deep and your ability to gauge the market is somewhat limited. Funds would be perhaps better suited, and perhaps arrest the rapid decline in what was once a mountain of cash:-)

Fraser,

I don’t need to concentrate 100% on Homes Under The Hammer, so I see it as multitasking. All in all, I’m happy with how I live my life and spend my time, although I don’t have as many houses or foreign holidays as alamaison.

Interestingly, for one who likes to goad, alamaison is very sensitive which makes it more satisfying, the biter bit.

Old ala continues to impress with his wily investments. On 20th Sept, he was happy with AMER's progress (along with LEK.

But wait.....on Monday 24th, AMER dropped from 15p to 12p. It looked like it could be a painful experience for ten bob trader alamaison. But no, incredibly, after the great close on the 20th, he had a Damascene moment on the 21st and sold! What foresight:-

AMER; sold 10mn before my flight was due on the 21st. Lucky me I've only lost 5.5%.
As you know I am very cautious with expected announcements...
LEK: big numbers keeps appearing on my screen. AT trades for hundreds of thousands of shares. Sometimes a million+.
I hold 81,000+ of these. If it goes up by 20%+ I sell. If it falls due to that "expected" placing I will then hold for as long as it takes to get out with profit. So much to come...

This is a massive progress, the biggest for a long time.
I now hold 81,000 of these and will accumulate on every 5% fall. If it does fall any further.
My average? 18.2p

Oops, LEK price today, 15.25p to sell. I fully expect that ala Buffett saw this drop coming and got out just in time.

I'll do a bit of research on other shares that ala has deramped, In contrast to the shares he's in, which have dropped, the ones he's not in tend to go up, OPHR and SAVP for example.

Some worthy points made in your last two posts. Otakikpo production provides working capital, pays wages, keep lights on but OPL310 and OPL325 is the real prize. Hopefully news this year and then 16p share price will never be revisited.

An independent technical study was also completed on our exploration asset OPL325, that identified several prospects and leads on the block with Oil-in-Place volumes demonstrating strong exploration upside potential.

And now the most important!

LEKOIL is in discussion with its partners in OPL 310, Optimum Petroleum Development Limited ("Optimum"), with the aim of seeking a satisfactory conclusion for all parties on the above matter in order to proceed with the drilling programme for the appraisal well[s].

Well it seems that the partnership is now back on the table. The fact that LEK has ask the government to "expedite" the matter has finally put pressure on Optimum.

Optimum who had tried earlier to derail the deal by sending a letter to the ministry of petroleums. Arguing the fact that LEK will never be able to pull up the financing of OPL310. This was before receiving the MOU from General Electric subsidy confirming the finances of; $400m for the oil and $600m for the gas.

This is a massive progress, the biggest for a long time.

Have you read the full RNS? This is what investors should concentrate on.

Planning for OPL325 farm-out process continues. My guess is RDShell.

Finances required for Otakikpo appraisale well is very likely to be from a pre-farmout deal for and that's why:
The Company expects Phase Two development to be funded by industry players, which the Company remains in discussions with.
Or a loan, and this could be the reason why LEK as started to repay $7m of it's original one.

Planning for drilling for Phase Two in Otakikpo is underway with a target spud date in Q4 2018, subject to financing (see above);

And

Preparation for appraisal drilling at Ogo continues.
More news on the drilling rig would help. But as far as my research goes, Nigeria is not in shortage of rigs...

Another intetesting point is that none of the loans will mature before June 2019.

Chevron does not affect lek oil's operations. Lek's uplift agreement is with Shell.
