18.7p right now. Was 18.5p earlier. Will buy again at 18.25p then 17.25p if needed it. CPR and license RNS due in few weeks time.

Explaination below:

The entitlement crude is comprised of equity crude of 583,720 barrels (sales value US$30.8 million) and cost recovery crude of 639,528 barrels (US$ 33.7 million). The cost recovery crude is not included in revenue and is utilized to reduce prepaid development costs borne by the Group on behalf of partner GEIL. The Group's realised oil price was US$52.65 for the year.”

The balance sheet has a current asset (pre paid development costs) as Lek are the funding partner. In effect it is a loan to the partner. It is repaid via extra production revenue. The additional cash appears in the cash flow statement and in the balance sheet as reduced asset value. Normal accounting for such arrangements. Lek remain carrying partner debt on the balance sheet so the same will happen this year also and likely most years as cap ex will be ongoing.

Agreed, results are very unclear, no breakdown of total oil revenues, it seems lek only received $25.6 revenue a barrel. I don't understand it.

On the positive side, half year results due end of September should be better as they will contain a full 6mths at over 7600 bopd and at a higher oil price plus no start-up costs or bonus payment to be made (7600 bopd wasn't reached until Dec 2017). We are also recovering cash made for development of the field.

The real game changer will of course be when we get Federal high court approval on the huge OPL310 and farm down on Ogo. Again, no guidance given on the timing of a court hearing.

Does anyone on this reduced board have half a brain? Try to think for yourself and not reading paid articles by corrupt journalist.
Take a calculator and workout these figure...
Then you'll understand where I am coming from.
