my chart does NOT show a golden cross....this is why I asked you to show it here.
Do you know what signifies a golden cross?

A golden cross can only occur when both the 50-day and 200-day moving averages are rising

Jailbird,Seriously there is no need to cut and paste a "what is a golden cross link" If the 50 crosses the 200 is there no cross.Life - get one.

Craig,

I was being sarcastic, I know what a golden cross is. There certainly is not one here.

Have a read on what makes a golden cross.

Jailbird. No need to post a chart. Go online you can see the 50 and 200 moving averages on your own. Crossed.

Of course, they are. Hence the cross. Newsflow wise production at/before end of month will pump it. My biggest gripe with Lek is the years, yes years, to update on Ogo. The delay has made me wonder. It was in the top 10 discoveries of 2014 and Lek paid a snipppet for the Afren stake. Perhaps news is being held back until ministerial consent is formalised. It wouldn't surprise me.

Craig,

show the chart that shows a golden cross..irrelevant here, as newsflow and production is driving the share price appreciation

PANR: Back in at 106p. Flury of buying under 106p, therefore I can only assume that MMs are refueling for the next round...

@Fraserdean,

I'm being factual.

Average loss of production from theivery(aka Bunkering) by locals in Nigeria 17-21%
Go check out the accounts of Mart Resources, recently bought out.

Shell financial accounts evidence such as well..

Nigerian Oil revenue has collapsed - they're in dire financial straits. hence this latest "Demand" for more money. It's simple dishonesty and reflects how business is done in much of Africa.

I've also lived in Africa - Nigeria,Ethiopia,South Africa so speak from personal experience as well.

What's your "I've no time for bigots on Africa" comment based on other than virtue signalling how self righteous you are?

I'm with you entirely, have no time for for the bigots on africa, cameron calling nigeria fantastically corrupt just a few days after it was revealed his family were tax avoiders, he honestly didn't even appear to see the hypocrisy.

FRASER: famously altruistic?
What are you on about? We have reaped them apart...Oil, diamond, agriculture etc...

Could it be that the Nigerians are right and that those famously altruistic international corporations were in the wrong?

Nigerian govt as corrupt, dishonest & prone to thievery as its people I see...

As if "Bunkering" wasnt enough, leading to 17-21% Oil production lost to thievery by the people..we now have this.

Nigeria sues oil companies for $12.7B over "illegal" oil exports

Petty cash must've run low so govt officials coming up with latest scam for getting their hands on more money!

I'll admit to taking 1/3 off the table today above 21.5p

Will look to buy back at 17p or if it stays strong run the rest a little longer

oversold technical and profit taking as expected...
I have an order at 19p...if reaches that low of course which is not guaranteed..may get an intra-day low

And I am out now. Just few quid profit but 19p seems difficult nut to crack, even with that massive volume.
LEK: A retrace to 20p?
