Well researched research - not the flippant type.
There are currently 2.46 billion shares so small dilution.

We are both assuming the shares will be issued at 0.4p - they'll be more shares if the price is lower.

RTW1 - if we get a repeat, more or less, of yesterday's trading patterns it would mean renewed and heavy buying lunchtime onwards and a rise towards a new closing high.

Would you agree.?

Reckon we could close around 0.44/0.46p.

Pp, rtw. Just a point about the $250,000 loan due for repayment in May. The company providing the loan (who already own 11% of leg) will probably convert ti shares. Any idea how many? I think it equates to £171k which, at .04 would be (?) 44m??.
Not enogh to make any sort of dilution, and the loan is repaid.
Happy to be guided.

Even though we are off the earlier highs, we are building a nice firm base around the 0.4p mark.

All of the 10m shares the MM's managed to grab on the cheap yesterday, have now been bought up.

Confident renewed buying later ahead of the weekend will see us close at yet another new high.
