12/3/2016 23:41 | Soupdragon , don't patronise me mate !!! Your still not answering me are you ? What will the option money be spent on then and what makes that OK and not to pay off a loan ? . What makes you think that the loan will be paid in shares when It wasn't before ? Stop beating around the bush LMFAO BIG TIME | ride the wave
12/3/2016 23:38 | 24/12/14 RNS I will help you because I know you didn't know about it !!! During the six month period ended 30 September 2014, Legendary made a loss on investments of GBP117,000 (2013: loss GBP77,000). This was due to a fall in the values of the listed investments, particularly Medgold and Amedeo. Administrative expenses were broadly maintained at the same level as the previous period. Excluding the non-cash share option charge they were GBP93,000 (2013: GBP89,000) and including this charge they were GBP110,000 (2013: GBP101,000). The operating loss was GBP227,000 (2013 loss: GBP178,000). There were GBP4,000 of finance charges (2013: nil) as a result of Legendary taking out a short term loan of US$250,000 in December 2013 which was repaid in the period. The loss before taxation for the period was GBP231,000 (2013 loss: GBP178,000). | ride the wave
12/3/2016 23:35 | ps.You do realise that Zaf exercising options means the company issuing more shares? | ![]() soupdragon55
12/3/2016 23:33 | The amount of the loan is peanuts in any case. I would think it in Zaf's and the company's benefit for the loan to be paid from his own pocket which I believe it will be. There are much greater things brewing here going forward than a piddly little loan such as this. In fact the profit on the holding in VS dwarfs it by a mile. | ![]() professor pettigrew
12/3/2016 23:32 | RTW, you really need to start reading the RNS'. The previous loan was paid for by the placing in May 2014. | ![]() soupdragon55
12/3/2016 23:25 | I thought as much PMSL | ride the wave
12/3/2016 23:24 | I'm STILL waiting , what do you think the money will be spent on ? , what makes that OK and not OK to be spent on a loan . Why would Zaf pay with shares when we paid off the loan last time ?? Are you just going to ignore me now because you can't explain your reasoning ? I've explained my reasoning and it makes a lot more sense than your guessing !!!! | ride the wave
12/3/2016 23:19 | The last time we borrowed money with them , we had an option to pay them with shares AND WE DIDNT ! What makes you think otherwise this time then ? LMFAO - YOU CANT ANSWER ME CAN YOU ? Just admit it and I'll leave it at that ... Promise . :) | ride the wave
12/3/2016 23:17 | I didn't say he had to exercise his options at 0.2p actually . You keep on putting words in my mouth | ride the wave
12/3/2016 23:16 | RTW, you don't even know when he will exercise them, he has up to 10 years to do so. | ![]() soupdragon55
12/3/2016 23:16 | What makes you think that he will pay with Leg shares when he didn't before ? Answer that ?? | ride the wave
12/3/2016 23:15 | You know so much , so what will he spend the money on ? . If you are so sure it's not for a loan you must have an idea of what you think it will be spent on surely ??? I'm all ears and still waiting for a answer , I'm willing to learn !!! | ride the wave
12/3/2016 23:13 | RTW, you really don't get it. Zac does not have to exercise his options as soon as they hit 0.2p! The loan is secured against LEG stock! Its in the announcements. Alcazar are already the largest shareholder in LEG so they'll just increase their stake. Again, I'll ask for you to show me an instance of a CEO using options to pay a company loan. | ![]() soupdragon55
12/3/2016 23:08 | What will he spend the money on then in your opinion ? I'm all ears LOL | ride the wave
12/3/2016 23:07 | Why are you avoiding the questions that I have been asking you then mate ? | ride the wave
12/3/2016 23:06 | RTW, I am listening I just disagree that Zaf will use his options to pay company debt. Of course he has to pay for them, what I am saying is why would he do so when the loan is already covered by LEG shares? Would you give £250,000 to LEG to pay the loan? | ![]() soupdragon55
12/3/2016 23:03 | I did know what options were actually but wasn't sure if the ceo had to pay for them !!! | ride the wave
12/3/2016 22:57 | You are not listening LOL , when our CEO pays for the options , the money becomes Legendary Investments money . If the money has to be spent by Lengendary then what difference does it make if it's spent on a loan or a new investment ? . In my eyes it makes no difference because the money is the company's and not his . As you are a expert , what do you think the money will be spent on and what makes that alright and not alright to be spent in a loan . WHAT ARE YOUR REASONS ???? | ride the wave
12/3/2016 22:57 | Neither of us is wrong, just on different wavelengths. I just don't see why a CEO would use his own money to cover a company loan when it is secured against shares in the company. You see otherwise. | ![]() soupdragon55
12/3/2016 22:54 | You was wrong about Manas being in Oz , you are not always right !!! Neither am I but at least I admit it mate . | ride the wave
12/3/2016 22:53 | RTW, you didn't even know what options were earlier today. Lol! | ![]() soupdragon55
12/3/2016 22:52 | Why don't you put up the rns where we paid them last time ?? I bet you didn't even know ? | ride the wave
12/3/2016 22:50 | RTW, why would he pay to cover a loan? Please give me an example of any CEO who has exercised options to pay a company loan? | ![]() soupdragon55
12/3/2016 22:49 | RTW, read the last Full results. Within the next 12 months, a loan of US$250,000 with interest at 10% per annum has to be repaid. The loan is from the largest shareholder and may be settled in shares of the company. | ![]() soupdragon55
12/3/2016 22:47 | Soupdragon , when the CEOs pays for his options - where does his money go ?? | ride the wave |
