When one invests in an AIM company, one has to ask if its a con, by asking the following questions.

1. Can you trust the management?

2. Do they have a good history?

3. Do they have good communication with shareholders?

4. Are they involved with creative accounting?

5. Do they issue shares and warrants like confetti?

6. Do they have known morons as their main cheerleader?

We are awaiting licence and permission news for IBS which is overdue, when it comes it should settle things down somewhat.

I have no agenda;my posts re IBS are merely to cast a light on just what a convoluted web of holdings the sole Director,Andrew John Mackay,is spinning.There have been multiple stock transfers in recent weeks alongside the issue of additional shares.Why LEG is involved in these shenanigans will no doubt become obvious should LEG increase its stake based on that questionable £10million valuation.
