If the MMs know what is happening "behind the scenes" why don't they increase the price to attract sellers ?
They then can sell the shares for "1p" in the foreseeable future making a huge profit !

professor dunderhead is prattling on every day about VS and how its going to win an award, new contracts etc.

Lets look at the facts.

vs has not announced a new contracts for several months, apart from a rehash of an existing contract with Dixons.

This is not the situation where a supposedly vibrant and unique company should be.

It is my belief that vs just cannot get traction with its product, as most purchasing is done via contacts, existing suppliers and rcommendations. Not via a virtual yellow pages.

And if vs is failing, then this company is worth the square root of sod all imo.

Yes, strange people mm's at times.

Anyone's guess as to the outcome on Nov 29, but if we DO win a gong, I think that will ensure a move up in price.

Even if we don't, the networking opportunities are immense, as VS are the only ones there that offer that service to other retailers, and from what I can see there are some there, albeit not the giants we know but useful nonetheless.

If you look back over the share price history of LEG, we've always had these low and dormant periods before a sharp move up on positive news flow. Interestingly yesterday we topped volume of 30m - today? Nothing.

They are all over the place. A published spread of 0.11/0.14p, but a real spread of around 0.115/0.13p, as you can still buy stock just under the 0.13p level.

Why not make that the official spread?

Well, you must agree sid, it's rather strange someone buys 7.4m shares and they widen the spread to 3 ticks.

Then it closed a bit and an almost 2m buy pushed it out again.

To me, they are quite happy to take shares off people and pay around 0.1142p or so, but have posted an offer of 0.14p.

No need for it whatsoever. The last time they were scooping up stock at that level we then had an almost four-fold rise in the share price
