Blimey. I think you're forgetting a plague of locusts too!

LEG, historically, have only announced NHS contracts for VS, and none of the others yet, as far as I can tell.

A move out of the base to 15p would start to create a large cup and a handle to 20p might follow.
Best if other non NHS customers could be started. As NHS is in crisis, cyberattacks apart but NK will continue these to mobiles next, and pressures will build on NHS. Funding cuts will follow especially if societal distress happens, bank crash, national debt emergency or extremely severe weather.

Soup - just spent the last hour or so perusing that document.

Fascinating.

Tells us a hell of a lot. Firstly VS don't inform LEG for every trust that falls in and utilises the software. The document points out that as each trust starts using "The Edge" the information will be available on their website. So to keep up with trends at VS, one will need to visit this part of the website on a regular basis.

Secondly, they have pitched the pricing at an amazing level. No charge is levied on the P2P until each trust lodges orders over £10,000 per month.

I can tell you from experience, as someone I knew worked in the finance dept at Kings Trust about 10 years ago, that the orders total over £10,000 per DAY, so when Guys and St.Thomas's go live in early 2018, the commissions will come rolling in to VS.

So, we've been sitting waiting for "news" and yet there has been so much going on behind the scenes.

VS are sitting pretty now, and by definition so are LEG.

Great find Soupdragon.

One can buy here with confidence, and there is so much more news to come.

Bring on IBS and further retail contracts for VS.

That 1p party looms ever closer.

Many thanks for that Soupdragon.

Very informative and useful. Now we have a better idea of what's happening behind the scenes, and obviously there will be RNS's rolled out as things progress.

Welcome back - and I mean that.

Some FAQ's on Virtualstock Healthcare aspect. Click the link below, its about 21 pages long but worth a read.

This document dates from mid September and contains info on their pricing and which NHS Trusts will be using The Edge.

Q: Which Trusts are using The Edge?

Currently, the Catalogue Management module has been implemented by:

● Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust
● Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust
● Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust
● North Tees and Hartlepool Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
● Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
● University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
● University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust
● University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust
● Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

The Purchase-To-Pay module will go live early 2018 with Guy’s and St Thomas’. A number of other NHS Trusts, including those that fall under the Shelford Group heading, will be going live over the coming months.

NHS Shared Business Services (SBS), a Department of Health 50/50 joint venture with
Sopra Steria, has also entered into a strategic partnership with Virtualstock. Some of England’s largest hospitals have already agreed to use the platform and now NHS SBS has access to the system for the hundreds of healthcare organisations it represents across England.

SBS is the market leader in business support services for the NHS. It provides finance and accounting, employment and procurement services, delivering operational efficiencies and improved service quality, as well as real cost savings, of on average 30% for its NHS clients.

SBS now provides financial services to 100% of all NHS Commissioning organisations and a range of business support services for around 50% of NHS Provider Trusts.

Yet more garbage, the usual weekly RNS that fails to appear...every week....

Professor Pettigrew 23 Oct '17 - 15:26 - 9239 of 9239 0 0

I think we can expect an RNS this week, but not necessarily about Currys PC World.

2-0 to "The Bellends" !

The crowd are thoughtful apart from the leader, Cedric, who has gone mental !

Game On !

If professor simpleton had a brain, he'd have worked out by now that this new contract is clearly not materially significant, hance the lack of RNS.

But he doesnt have brain, or if he did, its been pickled by too much booze.

If that's the case KK, I'd think another reasonable buy from somewhere will force the mm's to move up another tick.

There do appear times here when there is no stock at all available, then at other times it's quite free flowing.

One thing's for sure though, the free float isn't that large as some think.

Still think it's a tad odd that the Dixons PC World news hasn't yet been RNS'd.

Two excellent buys there - 6m in two tranches.

Looks like we don't need an RNS for the news to get out.

Just wait till it does though.

I seem to remember david mentioning Humphrey's name when david was a senior broker but was he working for James Capel or Goldman at the time? My memory isn't what it was.

I'm not one of those mugs who have sat here and watched the continual rise of PANR.

Seen it all before many many times. Only difference between myself and "michaels" is that I was invested in the stocks over the years, and some as a senior broker, promoted them. He, by contrast, lives in cloud cuckoo land.

He's got lucky here, and nothing else. In my sage and sound view, there isn't much more to go for here.

Just spoke to another mm chum of mine, Humphrey Winstanley-Cuthbertson, who works at Goldmans. Basically, they divide the UK share dealing book as follows.

Trader A does A-M, Trader B does N-Z, and the global head of trading just does LEG, as its so important.

I am told he has gone as white as a sheet at the thought of whats to come.
