25/7/2017 18:02 | Phil you are on a roll here keep digging Columbo ! Just one more thing ......... | gottopickapocketortwo
25/7/2017 17:58 | Nice one Phil. We pay back loans to boot, and we have cash to increase our stake in VS. Not doing that bad are we? | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 17:52 | Ah.... Legendary Investments Repays USD250,000 Loan Plus Interest To Alcazar LONDON (Alliance News) - Legendary Investments PLC late Thursday said it has repaid a USD250,000 loan plus interest to Alcazar 1 Pte Ltd. The loan was taken out in May 2015 and carried an interest rate of 10%. | philmiboots
25/7/2017 17:50 | Struggling with Alcazar 1 Pte Ltd - is it really an outfit in Singapore?? Anybody? | philmiboots
25/7/2017 17:41 | That's a good and valid point Phil. The finger of suspicion has been pointed at the warrant holders, but that's not necessarily so. | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 17:36 | Just been poking about on Companies House for "substantial shareholders". As of 2/9/16 says Rowan had 8.1% Alcazar 1 Pte Ltd (??) 9.8% Trustees in the bankruptcy of Eatisham Ahmed 8.1% The rest are in Nominee Accounts taking it up to 79%, so the rest in unnamed <3% holdings (inc Zaf). Could the Ahmed liquidators be offloading his 8.1% (circa 240 mill shares) to pay off his debtors? | philmiboots
25/7/2017 17:28 | Thanks for the Rowan holding number sam. I wonder if he'll buy some more given what's going on? | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 17:27 | Phil all I know is that Rowan's holding was 226,383,997 on 16/9/16 which was 8.1% Since the warrants (unless he was a warrant holder) its probabl closer to 7.6% Talking numbers Notion and now us? Does anyone know where these VS shares are coming from? Are VS issuing extra shares or are the existing holders diluting theirs? I'm guessing that we paid around £10 a share which values VS at about £65M but I cant do a thing without the numbers. HELP! 🍉 | sam the man1
25/7/2017 17:17 | Fraid not Phil. Rowan's holding is around 260m I believe. | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 17:14 | Prof - do you have a figure for the LEG "free float" number of shares, or % of the total 2,964,640,000? | philmiboots
25/7/2017 17:14 | It is each to their own, obviously, but my strategy with stocks and news like that, is just simply add on each positive RNS. Eventually the market will cotton on to the value here, that may come quicker than most realise once our cousins across the pond get whiff of VS/LEG opportunities. | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 17:13 | Exactly Phil. I reckon there are quite a few on here on 10m and above. I know I am. Don't forget Bruce Rowan owns 8% of the whole company, so his holding runs into the hundreds of millions. Things are bubbling up here nicely now. Expecting a pretty decent blue day here tomorrow once the RNS is read, just probably the worst time to release it though. | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 17:10 | Zaf isn't the only one on 10mill. ;o) | philmiboots
25/7/2017 17:07 | This RNS has to be looked at in the round. 1. Zaf holds 166,000 shares in VS for his own personal account. 2. Zaf holds 10,000,000 shares in LEG, plus options etc. 3. As he has some influence at VS, he knows exactly what is going on, and would not have committed any of the cash funds at LEG just for a laugh. 4. The value placed upon VS after the notion deal I believe is false. They have basically got a percentage of the company for much less that it's intrinsic value. 5. They will now want to ensure that things happen apace at VS. I too believe the float will be sooner than many expect. 6. It's a pure vote of confidence as KK said, other major contract news now may be in the pipeline. | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 17:00 | Good news, got a feeling VS is going to float very soon, LEG get in quick as once VS floats they can sell the £260k for £2mln and still hold their original stake off 6.8%??? | ![]() quinan
25/7/2017 16:53 | There may be another RNS in the morning??? | ![]() kemorkid
25/7/2017 16:43 | It's a vote of confidence lads It's GOOD news. | ![]() kemorkid
25/7/2017 16:27 | I agree gbenson1 - this would have been better received at 7am tomorrow. | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 16:26 | What fantastic news! 6.8% to 7.2% for £260k. Shows the value being placed on VS, which is obviously going to increase substantially over the coming months. Zaf would not have sanctioned that without being in the know. And some people are still selling? | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 16:22 | What a time to release an RNS!! | ![]() gbenson1
25/7/2017 16:14 | Well said prof Hard, very hard sometimes to be patient though! | ![]() kemorkid
25/7/2017 16:12 | Every little helps!! | ![]() gbenson1
25/7/2017 15:49 | Nobody can run until they walk, and I suggest the lack of interest here again is down to the timetable. Firstly, VS have to garner more contracts here to increase their intrinsic value. Secondly, they have to break into the US market and show success there. When both of those are done, the value of VS will naturally rise towards the marker that the bank(s) doing the IPO will want. Having said that, those selling out today could be very sorry indeed for their impatience if all the above comes to pass. We know there are more contracts and a completion of the NHS roll-out to come. That will raise the value of VS significantly. Cracking the US may or may not be more difficult, I don't know, but we couldn't wish for a better board than they have at VS. With help from Zaf and LEG, plus the PR being cranked up, the odds on success are far higher. Once the ball starts rolling here price wise, it will then feed upon itself. | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 10:05 | Yup, again must agree 100%. VS could package themselves up very nicely thank you within the next year or so, if they get the amount of contracts we expect in the UK and start disrupting in the US. It would be nice to think they will float at an initial price of around £200-250m. It could of course be more. Whatever, I'm expecting a flurry of positive RNS's, plenty of broker notes, press comments, finally culminating in a successful IPO within the next 18 months. And if that lot doesn't get us to 1p, I don't know what will. | ![]() professor pettigrew
25/7/2017 09:16 | Stock prices on the DOW & NASDAQ are generally $50++ so the attraction of buying a little old Brit company at 1 cent is chicken feed, hell I could buy the whole company!! Look out for larger than normal 3-4m+ buys. | ![]() gbenson1 |
