As the potential NASDAQ float news leaks out, there will then be a serious re-rating of LEG shares.

Someone out there will twig they can get almost 7% of Virtualstock just by launching a knockout bid for LEG.

0.5p minimum in my view, but all things being equal, 1p would be the minimum entry point for LEG on a NASDAQ float.

The Wow! factor here will really kick in, when genuine and sustained interest from the USA starts to make itself felt.

I think our cousins across the pond are only just beginning to learn about VS and by connection, LEG.

Once they realise the only way into VS at the moment is via LEG, then watch the big buy orders come in.

The "1p party" tickets have already been printed.

It's now down to who gets the exclusive invite.

Large LEG holders first in the queue, but quite a few here deservedly will be there.

Amazingly interesting that 25 minutes after a 16m "sell", the MM's actually INCREASE the bid by a tick.

I won't be around tomorrow as am travelling to a funeral, so best of luck to all genuine holders here, let's hope we carry on now where we left off.

We know what's coming from VS - the float news is certainly the icing on the cake.

I'm expecting eventual demand for LEG stock from the US, but wouldn't be surprised if we aren't taken out before the float as word gets round especially Stateside of the dramatic prospects for VS.

If someone wants a quick near 7% stake before VS hit NASDAQ they know where to come.

I bought some yesterday via a spead bet. Got lucky, as they had an in house seller so got a nice price.

Not enough though.

I am waiting to see what, if anything, Mr End of Day seller does today.

I certainly think a takeout of LEG is a possibility - as you say, a good play to get your hands on 7% before VS really take off.

Hi tini5 - yup, been in FLX for a while now. That will turn out to be a solid winner in my view, and as you say good director purchase today.

Looked at MYSQ but haven't decided yet. I've got to get LEG up to 100 million first!

Now that VS have stated they intend to float, probably on the NASDAQ I wonder if they will attract other big investors, or whether someone will possibly try to take LEG out and get an immediate near 7% holding in VS for peanuts?

Having a great day with IQE today, shows how patience finally pays off and LEG will have their day I'm sure. Topping up here at the end of the month come pay day.

I think after the float news, any warrants converted into shares that are left will probably now be tightly held on to.

Don't forget it's 0.25p and 0.3p for the next warrants. The share price could shoot through those levels quite easily if the US investors start buying LEG in serious numbers.

Anything above 0.1301 is a buy today, the tweet from Leg may be the start of much positive and needed news! On the warrants we all knew they were there just did expect them to be sold through and dumped as they were! GLA

Just had a splendid idea.

When VS have opened up markets in the US, and float on NASDAQ, if the valuation puts LEG at or around the 1p mark, why not hold the 1p party in New York, and visit the NASDAQ exchange as well as the NYSE?

Just a thought.
