Yes a very nice cash return for all holders to look forward to next month 👍🏻
Will look to add here if the drop continues and we get back to where we began August at. Great long term hold, especially if things get even more difficult out there and many flock towards defensive plays.

While higher rates will tank the stock short term they only make the pension transfer market boom as defects become less and so it becomes cheaper to transfer I very much see this as a hedge on higher rates (though more on long term value than mark to market)

It's all driven by the inflation news / US futures I think.
It's clear the FED and BOE won't be cutting rates anytime soon which has wobbled the markets. All that said, we really knew that would not happen so I suspect a few roughish days before the worm turns. Could be wrong though and it could be the end of the bear rally!!
