08/5/2024 15:00 | I reduced and only got 11p. APH looks messy. | briggs1209
08/5/2024 12:16 | I have bailed out here having bought about 40% higher so a big loss. | davidosh
08/5/2024 10:12 | Time to buyout APH or if they don't believe in its future, sell their stake and take the loss | lpavlou
08/5/2024 08:24 | I reckon LDG should liquidate all their investments and return the money to the shareholders. Time to loosen ties with Dbay as they got us into this APH mess. | tyranosaurus
08/5/2024 07:30 | Not sure, but they are not yet part of the buy back on today's RNS. | briggs1209
07/5/2024 21:36 | 2 days to go. These 12m trades are very strange if they are actually trades | lpavlou
03/5/2024 19:45 | I think it is the same trade. One is a SINT which is usually ignored on some charting platforms. Look at the details here: | dartron
03/5/2024 18:42 | 2 trades of over 12 million shares at 8p !! | tyranosaurus
30/4/2024 09:53 | Only 6 more trading days until the buyback ceases. Let's see if they can buyout Esken. If it happens, i expect it to occur on the very last day. | lpavlou
24/4/2024 12:06 | I believe they are playing chicken with Esken receivers. They've put a deadline on the buyback and with no other buyer out there for their stake, they are trying to force the receivers to sell their stake to them at current market level. Depending on how much cash was left in the business, the receivers may hold out an decide not to sell or sell small chuck's to cover their fees in the process The alternative view is Dbay have decided the money is better spent in investments rather than buybacks. I disagree as the buyback gives you an instant return. | lpavlou
24/4/2024 07:37 | I think it is a function of shear lack of liquidity. Sells seem to have dried up but equally no one is buying the stock. Might need APH to start increasing to move the price. Alternatively we also need more info about the private business performance. 11p is really disappointing but DBAY don't seem bothered at the moment. | briggs1209
24/4/2024 07:21 | Buybacks seem to have stopped. | +eysenck
18/4/2024 19:56 | 2 decent buys today. Must have been tipped somewhere | lpavlou
03/4/2024 19:51 | Why would Dbay do that? They would then have to borrow money to fund their investments. This way they have their own ATM. I still think they are trying to get th e Esken shares on the cheap which will benefit all of us. I'll be topping up tomorrow as weee getting close to a 50percent discount to NAV with nearly 7p per share in cash | lpavlou
03/4/2024 13:18 | What a waste of time this share is. Price still going down in spite of buybacks. They should liquidate all investments asap and give us the money. | tyranosaurus
02/4/2024 21:16 | AGM on 9th May, when current buyback finishes Who reckons that Esken administrators will wait until the final day to do a deal. | lpavlou
27/3/2024 22:34 | 6.7p of the nav is in cash. They should have announced that our stake in FF had increased to 28 percent. Entering the private credit market carries additional risk and increases the illiquidity of the assets. APH has been a disaster, but if they really believe in the company they should either increase their stake at these low prices or take the company out | lpavlou
27/3/2024 18:51 | Well so far they've proved to be pretty poor investors merely taking fees for loosing shareholder money.I suspect things won't change too quickly given what we've seen. Aph holds the key to share price recovery. Losing c30% of the investment cost shows how poor the insight has been imo. | baddeal
27/3/2024 16:19 | Unfortunately DBAY won't do that. | briggs1209
27/3/2024 12:10 | I like the idea of more regular reporting of assets.I would like them to report on performance of (now private) FIF.Feels like they are blaming APH for all losses, but no one forced them to buy APH shares.Market reaction is harsh but in keeping with large discount to NAV. Current NAV 18p? | briggs1209
27/3/2024 12:03 | Probably to scare the administrators at Esken to sell up now or try and sell in the marketplace | lpavlou
27/3/2024 08:31 | Buyback to end in May | briggs1209
23/3/2024 02:57 | Final results must be due soon. | briggs1209 |
