your apparent belief in the omnipotency of the accounting profession ( or even the analytical)says it all
naive in the extreme it would seem

christh appears to own precisely two stocks and this is one of them. S/he is extremely bullish about both, which is understandable with such an un-diversified portfolio - even if somewhat dangerous.

No one can doubt your enthusiasm for this share christh, but Phyllis is fully entitled to hold a contrary opinion.

What do you know?
Are you a qualified analyst? Or an accountant by any chance?

You are just a shorter who keep mumbling is not worth that....

This company is going places, more business are picked up and valued by analysts
to grow exponentially both organically and by acquisitions which is doing.

Peel Hunt said 165p, mind you last year they were 165p so just be patient and
and see the price rise and rise but you keep crying little toddler
Invstors Chronicle said "Keep Buying",
That's good enough for me, we have the OK from the people who know a good company.

Cheers multibagger, :) Just one guy's thoughts though.

Phillis not everything in life, imho, or the markets, is about p/e or eps. The ability to see and understand the future growth profile of a company is something that the market has always been pretty good at recognizing, investors often less so. The company I bought into around 35p some years ago is on the path to yet further expansion via probably more exciting acquisitions.

I believe Brode and Satchell have proved their business model is working admirably and the company is poised for substantial further success. As such, I continue to believe they are well worth a premium rating.

Had a good run here, but out for now. I was surprised by the market reaction to results but do not plan to fight it.

micro,

I know it well, has been one of my top tips for months - I've mentioned it on many boards.

1st bought in at 75p but have traded it a bit.
Market cap of £800m is high for £13.6m net profit but that indicates the growth potential.
I had no intention of buying in this morning but £1.05 was too tempting.

My point has mainly been that you have to manage stop losses at the open.

Interesting to see new names on the thread trading as if their lives depended on it lol. Got to hand it to you Mallorca, you thought 800 million was a high market cap, then you're buying, then said you knew the stock well, now you're not sure if it's shorted much... :))

If people think they can ramp/deramp an 800 million stock GL to them :)

Anyway back in the real world it looks like I was right about the mms triggering stop losses and then a technical rebound (already happened pretty much, will we end the day in positive territory?). The results are fine imho and they are talking of a strong second half. I mentioned the debt nearly halving since year end and i particularly like that they then add they are on target to be 'unleveraged' by year end. That would be some achievement and is i think a reminder that growth by acquisitions when well managed is a successful strategy.

Lot of companies on AIM get slated for growing turnover 'by acquisition'. I believe LTG is a shining example of just how it can really work.

So only 1.65% of the stock is short - see below.
So stop blaming shorter's please.
It was the market makers, big spread and those selling on results.
Be careful with stop losses at the market open .

I will not be surprised if the price tomorrow hit 135p.
The growth mostly from overseas and especially with th US dollar so strong benefited the company.
Onwards and higher, good company
