I'll be much happier when it's over £1. Struggling atm. What was interesting is I got a divi... I hadn't realised it pays a divi...not much but every little bit helps.

it tested 100p today.
It means that is trying to go higher.

So watch it, it will hit 165p as Numis noted in their advise

Numis reirates 165p which was the the highest last year ,October 2018.

I do hope will go beyond that to 200p+ as the growth continues.

I would think there’s a very good chance of seeing 120p by the time of the (expectedly good) interims in September.

Needs to break through the 100p barrier so we start assault towards 120p. Finally registering small profit here having caught the falling knife. Lovely tight spread at the moment.

It’s doing a lot more than just ‘creeping up’, Saucepan.

Creeping upwards nicely. Long may that continue.

Adjusted performance will be fine

We will need to look closely at what is squirreled away below the adjusted earnings line

Its just too early Shanklin. They will release a TU once they have all the figures in, I am sure. All they can give today is anecdotal evidence of performance.

I find it interesting that they can provide numbers for 2021 but can't do so for YTD in 2019.

There is this:"Targeted product and services investment, early stage success in cross-selling initiatives, and a continuing focus on cost control are already generating momentum with a very positive YTD performance in 2019."Rather vague, I would agree, and I suspect they are chewing on some thorny issues arising out of the acquisitions. It is unusual for them to issue AGM statements and we are still some time away from when we would expect the TU, so I wouldn't read too much into it.

Well doesn’t this say something about the current performance.

Amazing not to comment at all about 2019 and 2020 performance. What are we meant to think?

This says it all really:"Our confidence remains high that the Group will achieve its strategic goal of run-rate revenues of GBP200m and run-rate EBIT of at least GBP55m by the end of 2021."

So there it is - an AGM statement.

Doesn't really say anything however

No. Can't get to the LTG meeting sadly as am committed to meetings outside London. Thanks for the update on previous trading statements. Guess that it will be at more or less the same time this year then.

Thanks, Tarrant.

2017: TU = 27 Jul
2018: TU = 24 Jul
2019" TU = ?

Are you planning to go the AGM (where there might indeed be some informal feedback among the canapés)?

btw: I am recently invested in LTG. I thought it looked way over-sold. So far, so good. Making higher highs and higher lows again. Long may that continue!

You may be correct Saucepan. I can't actually remember whether LTG have done so in the past, but at many AGM's of other companies that I have attended, the Chairman is often asked from the floor to comment on current trading, and if he/she replies in any detail at all, the company is obliged to put out an RNS.If no trading update is given next week, I guess that one will probably be forthcoming in July?

Post 1227: "after a trading update which I'm assuming will be made by the Chairman during the AGM next week."

In past years, there has been no published trading update coinciding with the AGM?
