The Company was notified by Framlington Investment Management Limited
("Framlington") on 15 December 2003 that Framlington is interested in a total of
705,615 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which
represents 12.32 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
