                         Landround plc ("the Company")
                            Directors' Shareholdings


The Company announces that today Michael Crompton, David Lyne and Clare Dyer
each exercised 46,511 options over ordinary 5p shares of the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") all at an exercise price of 215p per Ordinary Shares under the
Company's Executive Share Option Scheme. The Ordinary Shares were subsequently
sold at a price of 380p per Ordinary Share.

In addition, in order to satisfy institutional demand, Mr Crompton sold an
additional 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 380p per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions the options and Ordinary Shares held by these
directors are set out below:
