Going to be interesting how this plays out, even the LTHs that had thrown in the towel may even start dreaming again.Turn around here will all down to the gold price, nothing to do with the incompetent board.

Looking crazy cheap here. Yes management have been serial disasters last two years but it's cratered to be valued now at only ~$2 per resource ounce! When gold is trading at all time highs of $2372/oz!!CRAZY CHEAP FOR CANADIAN GOLD MINER with a chunk of cash too!

Well I think a few things have changed, mining cost inflation has stabilised, demand for gold is at a record high and the company has a more realistic valuation now in terms of exit.

Makes no sense, just need the BOD to provide some half decent RNS and it will move north.

Indeed, would like to think it's not even a consideration. Hence a deal of some sort (JV/full sale). Noticable that the previous 600k raise contained no warrants. Must have been promised something and not another massive raise.

Correct John Henry, it would be brutal and no doubt involve lots of warrants

JMR raising £2M when the Mkt Cap is £3M would be no mean feat.

Probably only need £<2 million to get to the original $5 million Canadian figure. If they were really going for that type of raise down here I would have expected interviews/promotion etc, but they have not, radio silence. Some form of deal is in the making IMO.

Nice work candlestick! Not sure they get the cash payment of 500k 12 months after the original agreement because the second agreement to sell 100% of the lithium to GT1 terminates the original agreement. Unknown if they kept the GT1 shares - hopefully they sold them because they would now be worth 50% of the original amount. Hopefully Storm pay up, but I think they are struggling for cash. So overall maybe slightly optimistic, but I also think the cash burn will be a bit lower, they have been in cash saving mode for a few months and therefore should be lower than the previous year. Bottom line they still have minimum a few hundred k.
