Cenkos in their past two notes have $10m down for a capital raise next year.

They have 700,000 warrants expiring in 2 months at 45p.

I daresay they were (partly) motivated in getting more warrants and free shares via a placing which the lithium deal could well remove the need for.

Imho the lithium deal is done just the formalities of signing contract.They had many interests and number of proposals. The area in question is hot property, companies close to us have found high grade lithium.Lnd will continue to grow our gold in 2023 with cash received by farm in.

MMs seemed to have marked this down for a placement, seems they may have cottoned on that the placing won't be required.Fingers crossed this is the case.

Just saw a bloomberg image on the telegram chat that confirmed that NO major holders have been selling, including Sprott. Dismissing the somewhat limited theory of a 'large seller' over the past few months. Hopefully, we are set for a nice little share price run into the lithium deal (+ board changes in the new year)

Thanks for update SB.With all companies struggling to raise lnd look set to gain from this lithium disposal.Glenn did say they received multiple proposals in the interview.Still believe in 2023 lnd will be sold..

Spoke to the Company and they're very hopeful of getting the lithium deal announced before Christmas - just waiting on legals etc to go unconditional.

Had several offers.

Expecting a significant cash portion, sufficient to fund a decent drilling programme in 2023 and also some equity and free carry too.

Still engaged and talking with interested parties as part of the SR, with full rns expected first week in Jan outlining strategic objectives, timelines etc to ultimately get the resource and company sold...Lamaune drill and soil samples encouraging
