Well delay to get full payment for 6 months, still expecting cash next month. What the mkt is waiting for is the lithium sale which will cover 2023 drilling.

Bill will cease to be Landore CEO early next year. I think he is finally realizing the overwhelming view of most shareholders.

Bill's 'silence is golden' comms approach and misreading of the saleability of BAM demonstrates his irrelevance and incompetence in running an exploration company in the current day.

The chat of 'management' coming is not succession planning, it is simply bringing some people in to spend lithium monies on yet more drilling and PFS work. The only way Bill is leaving his post is in a box.

Like John Henry, I will look to substantially reduce and possibly fully exit my position here if we can get back to the share price pre-SR, until then I remain an unhappy bag holder!

I think it's the 6 month extension that's caused the wobble, personally I don't see any issues.

Given the effective date was 6th July, the extension is for just 18 days.

Don’t suppose anyone knows why the payments to Landore are being delayed?

That’s going by the Storm website news article dated December 7

Proposals received for lithium - there will be a deal. Suspect the drop is more price action related, back down to 13p before another shot at 17p as the lithium announcement draws closer.

Very easy to say should have drilled lithium lendmeafiver, but for every year except this year there was no money in lithium. They would not have been able to raise money to do that.

JohnThey have said board changes will happen in q1 23.A number of proposals have been received for lithium, they just have to pick one. They confident they will get a partner. Not long to find out.

Maybe some of that £55m would have been better off being spent drilling in the Lithium exploration areas, changing the name to Landore Lithium…

Neo26 Everything is depending on a Lithium deal to move things forward for next year. Like you say without they are screwed. Investors pricing in a worse case scenario.
Imho LND would probably get an equity funding with new management but not with Humphries and Featherby in charge, they've had over £55Million of shareholders cash over 17 years.
Its time to call time on Bill and Ben.

I think mkt has punished lnd too much, at current price the company is a bargain. They got lucky with nsr disposal and likely lithium sale, if this didnt happen lnd were screwed.Lets see how much money they get for lithium.Lex has jorc resource of 200koz and has mkt cap of 16m. Have around 1m in bankWe have mkt cap 15m, 1.5moz, will have around 5m in bank.So we are cheap even without sale..

Neo26 i dont believe talks have been advanced to actually talking about price.

LND are simply not advanced enough for a major to be interested in making an offer.

Humphries thought they were and got it wrong.

John Henry

Why was it dire, they told you no one willing to match their asking price at the moment.

With energy prices many companies are trying to survive.

Many companies are struggling to raise cash, lnd is managing to do it without dilution.

It is what it is, they havent been able to sell but the show continues. Lnd were trading above 23p before the SR commenced. Trading at 13p is crazy, hold on.. Lnd asset is in top jurisdiction and not in unstable nation.

Its a waiting game, plenty of bargains in mkt. Someone had a plop today even though lithium asset is gonna be disposed anyday now.Glenn has said they will have significant funding to take the Bam gold forward. We have other gold explorers who have nowhere near the asset and reserves as us with higher mkt caps.Another year and lnd will be in good standing for sale, they have spent over $40m proving this resource and mkt is valuing lnd at a stupid 15m mkt cap...

It's sad watching this share price decline, even when bill and glen mention off loading assets the market and shareholders don't believe them.

It appears the companies didnt want to pay top dollar at this time.Lnd will continue at bam, they know where the gold is, who know offer may come in next year.

Yep - the last interview made that clear.

The Bill factor being addressed too...new mgmt with clear focus and less ties to get drilling done and sale agreed hopefully next year

Lithium deal gives company funding for full activity next year (and possibly beyond with shares and positive exploration results)

Out of the 100 companies that letters were sent to, theres just a few majors that maybe interested once resource is proven to 2M oz and a feasibility study is completed.
Wasnt it only 6 months ago Humphries was saying that the majors didnt need to see 2Moz that they needed to see the potential to go to 2M and beyond.
Sounds like Humphries was asleep at the wheel.

Imho theres a lot of investors selling that were invested for the Strategic review, which has been a CF.
Even producing gold miners are priced and rated so low so what chance for LND unless a sale. Im not prepared to hold waiting for a sale that might never happen or 3 yrs to become a producing and the be given a low sector rating.
ive set a price target of 20p at which time i will sell.
