Low discovery cost: US$8.47 per ounce gold discovered

High drilling success: 22.2 ounces of gold for every metre drilled on the BAM Zone

Post Tax NPV at US$1,700 gold = US$283m

24km Drilling Campaign now!


The NPV above is based upon just 1.015Moz and also with a gold price of $1700

NPV with gold at $1500 is $203mln, so an increase of $80mln with a $200 gold increase

Gold now around $1900 and the current drilling programme is expected to significantly increase this resource...so a valid NPV even on current resources would push this to $343mln

The current drilling campaign, and the bonanza grade finds clearly will enhance this further still...as to what NPV level will be determined by the size of the upgrade.

Recall too so far every drill has hit further resource.

Low volume again on excellent news. Where is the PR? Its great releasing excellent news, but if only existing shareholders read it, you are not going to create shareholder value.

How the hell do absolute dog stocks like WSBN have similar market caps to LND? The frustrations of AIM are sometimes difficult to manage.

This should, and will eventually, but at 100 million market cap +.

And yet some fail to understand what the company is onto here with a PEA to prove up the scale of this resource to come shortly, and a narrowing of the focus to the most heavily mineralised area.The PR offensive to commence this week should help the pennies drop however.

The next rns already hinted at:

"..'Five additional drill holes have been completed at 25 metre centres to test the zone around the bonanza gold intercept on line 2850E. Assay results are pending.'

More bonanza?? These will be the interesting ones...

No-one can say they were caught by surprise and unaware

woefully undervalued....assay results will show (imo) a continued mineral resource across multi kms length

BoD currently getting the Company ready for sale (note the non-core elements being sold). Happy to hold, add on weakness and see this going for around the £1.50-£2 mark

There is current ongoing dialogue with the BOD of @landore_plc

As an update, there will be a podcast out via @TMSreach for #LND in the very very near future. Just agreeing timings etc.
