4 MMs on the bid now and just 2 left on the ask at 32p.

Drilling update leaking or overhang cleared? Either is good.

‘Majors have underinvested in exploration and must replace their reserves’ —Crescat Capital

...and I wonder how they might do that, when a local Company gets to a 2-3Moz resource? Hmm....

I don't think anything in priced in here...maybe just the office building and possibly the spare photocopier :)

SP sitting at chart support or thereabouts now with the RSI indicating that the stock is very oversold at only 35.5. Could possibly move a tad lower tomorrow morning before strong buying emerges imo with the likelihood of drilling news on Monday.

‘The new PEA will be commissioned when the current drilling programme has concluded, with 17,070 metres out of 23,000 completed so far’

canigou,

estimate posted yesterday I believe relating to US pre-COVID transactions putting reserves at $90/oz

so if Bill can get this to around the 2.5-3mln ounce level then that is around the £1.36-£1.60 a share value for Gold alone.

Take say 20% of the metals value...$144mln (around a further 80-90p) and we start approaching £2.25-£2.50 a share

Thanks SB, but you've omitted the value of the gold resources, it'd be nice to hear your (or anyone else's) valuation for this too. It is important!

Using the indicated and inferred resources for the battery metals provided in the results, I get the total resource value to be around $733mln, using their conservative metal prices too.

This in addition to the multi-million ounce gold resource.

All in for less than $50mln !!

No, not 4 million ounces by the updated MRE in Q3. He said that will likely be approaching 2 million ounces. The 4 million ounces comment relates to what he is confident is there. It wont be a resource in Q3. So for example some of the step-out exploration drilling has hit gold, but they wont have the drill density for that to be converted to a resource. Its merely to show the big boys that there is huge exploration potential on top of the resource.

The average takeover price for N.American discoveries is $90 per oz... 2 million ounces x $90 is $180 million or £130 million, which equates to a share price of £1.10. I think this is easily attainable, very realistic and quite conservative. This does not include any of the battery metals, which as BH highlighted in the interview are worth nearly as much as the gold. This will not be overly sensitive on gold price - the $90 average is largely based on pre-covid gold prices.

Punters just don't realise this yet, its being priced as if it were some form of rogue exploration company. Indeed, some companies who have no resource, no drilling appear to have similar market caps, its crazy when you think about it. BAM is the real deal and will be a mine.

Ultimately most undervalued companies revert close to fair value at some point. Patience needed.

Trying to understand this four million ounces comment. BAM is 1 million ounces at 1.02g/t. We expect this to go to 2 million with the additional drilling. Of the current 27000 meter drilling program they must have around 5000 meters left. So where are the other two, potential, million ounces, is that likely from Lemaune which is a lookalike to BAM but has had hardly any drilling to date.

‘Because of a decade of exploration underinvestment, there has been no major new gold discoveries in the last four years’-Crescat Capital.

We hope to change these stats in the near future.

I wonder what classifies as a "major new gold discovery"?? 2Moz from the slide

Add this to the existing 1.015Moz and we are getting close to Bill's recent comment about having potentially 4Moz resource.
Cannot see any major producer etc standing by and letting this one escape...recall conversations have been happening since February...I doubt the MRE gets formally released before an initial offer is put forwards

HAHA - we wont dip below 30. Results are due every 3 weeks (see BH interview), the past two have been released on Monday 3 weeks apart, means results should be due next week and i would guess on Monday. We know we are waiting for the assays drilled in the bonanza zone....thats all i will say

wedge broken down here, disaster for share price as warrants continue to weigh heavy on sell volume side, could see low 20's (1p old money) over summer.
Recent fund raisers at 30p taken their 20% and moved on.
