A very interesting find, not come across this one, but based
on your figures it has potential to reward. The chart certainly
gives plenty to target.

As you know I hold ggp, sve and pog and poly in the gold sectors,
after hgm being recently bought out.

Always room for more, but looking at high tech safety over the
last year or so, with mno and see.

Keep in touch on the ent thread.

dyor as you do.

GGP assay results hitting sentiment across multiple stocks today...potentially a few forced sellers?

Good drill results here will just amplify the valuation difference between the two and we should be a beneficiary of new investors coming on board for the journey to full sale

Just looking through the Cenkos research note with its NPV (5% disc rate, $1650 Au price) TP of 219p (67p current state at 0.25x NAV) and they have split the valuation as $272mln to gold and just $20mln to Nickel and explo upside

Surely the nickel, copper etc could add more than just $20mln ?

From the Align research note:

"As far as the gold is concerned Landore is blessed with multi-million ounces of gold along a 30km + strike length. Truth is that the Junior Lake Property has one of the best addresses for gold mining in the world. A 1.015Moz resource has been delineated from just 6km of this highly prospective greenstone belt that extends across Landore’s acreage. A Pit Optimisation Review last year determined a NPV(5) US$370 million at US$1,900 gold for a 9 year LOM. A renewable 21-year mining lease is already in place.

"This stock really deserves to capture investor’s attention as management is seeking to mastermind a possible full-priced exit....On the cards is a big increase in the resource base plus further evidence of good continuity along the 31km trend and extension at depth. The feeling is that the gold deposits could lie along this strike length like a string of pearls. This is just what the major players are looking for.

In companies of this sort, management is probably as important as the project. Landore’s management team are proven mine finders who have discovered 7Moz of gold. Bill Humphries was MD at Brancote Holdings (1999 – 2002), a gold explorer with the same business model, which went from 14p to be taken over at 200p plus. It has got to be said that Bill knows how to get top dollar from bidders.

"We initiated coverage on Landore Resources in September 2020, when the shares were sitting at 19.2p, with a Conviction Buy recommendation and a target price of 81.38p. The stock is now sitting at 35p, but we believe that there is a lot more to come.

Greetings all ,
Nice Valuation Justino, it makes sense.
Been in these for a very long time bought my first batch in canada over 10 years ago have been skimming and adding up until we went 20 for 1 I now hold a substantial amount. with Sprott taking part in the placing at around 13 or 14p it has bought others to LND. Looking at valuations as a whole with the Nickel my guess is £2.00 0r 10p old money Me and the Late John Salvage valued lnd at around $250 mill with the extra shares we have raised money for drilling with we have added value so my price stays the same.
Good luck all
Stay Dry Ride the wave.

Conservative is right justino!! Very conservative if you put the massive increases in Gold value expected over the next few months, years Etc!!
We have updates to come all the way to April that should put us in a very good position to negotiate any deal, JV Etc or get the resources out ourselves!!

Finally the market is awakening to LND. The PR is most welcome.

Currently 40p or Mkt Cap £37m or $50m.

My valuation is based on profit per oz.

All in mining cost per oz has been stated at being $800 or less.

At $1800 gold price thats $1000 per oz profit.

In ground valuation a VERY conservative 10% (could be 15-20% in reality) of profit = $100 per oz.

Current proven resource 1m oz = $100m or 80p/share

Post drill campaign resource estimate circa 2m oz = £1.60/share

That's very conservative and without any Blue Sky or Nickel Valuation.

All IMO DYOR :-)

Bank of America Corp. raised its 18-month gold-price target to $3,000 an ounce -- more than 50% above the existing price record -- in a report titled "The Fed can't print gold."The bank increased its target from $2,000 previously, as policy makers across the globe unleash vast amounts of fiscal and monetary stimulus to help shore up economies hurt by the coronavirus.
