On 29 June 2020, the PDMR listed below acquired an interest in Options over the Company's Shares following the grant of awards under the Company's 2012 Sharesave Plan (Sharesave). The number of Options were calculated by reference to a price of GBP5.19p, being the Company's middle market quotation for a Share between Monday 1 June 2020 to Wednesday 3 June 2020, discounted by 20%.

Awards normally vest on the third anniversary of grant. Subject to continued employment with the Company, the PDMR will become entitled to exercise the Options arising from Sharesave between 1 August 2023 and 31 January 2024 (3 year contract).
