Picked up a few too. Bob Holt is an experienced hand and won't mess around. Also technically looking strong.

Yup interesting recovery play I agree....net debt looks IMO manageable, halving of underlying EBITDA YOY must IMO provide an opportunity for the board after a bad year to improve margins so with c.£57m market cap delivering in a bad year c.£10m underlying EBITDA, you pays your money you takes your chances! DYOR and all IMO....gla

Disappointed with the dividend however looking forward they appear positive after the restructuring.

I have had a first run through ; need to do more work and am reasonably reassured but do not see myself buying more at these prices.
I thought that for a company with a marcap of £50m approx good level of detail.
I see following the impairments we now trade at a slight premium to book net worth.
Goodwill note interesting...Goodwill 30% of total assets; comments on relationship with RBS comforting;cannot remember seeing before a viability statement which also seemed comforting.

sorry sctreble, I don't have a link to Peel forecasts, and unfortunately Peel do not provide through Research Tree. We will know a lot more next week, for sure.

Nice to see Oryx International Fund Management buying going over 3%. Christopher Mills is a active investor.

Expecting to see an optimistic outlook and recovery over the next 24 months but it won't be plain sailing. Also expecting a 2p final dividend for 2016 and would like the dividend to progress in 2017.

IMO DYOR

Have you got a link to these forecasts? I can't find anything online. To be honest I'm expecting a kitchen sink job with these results, the trading update pretty much confirms that. I'm mostly interested in the outlook statement and whether they go ahead with the expected 2p final dividend payment which would be a vote of confidence going forward.

One assumes the numbers to Sept 16 must now be delivered in line with brokers consensus of 7.9p eps, when the Prelims come out later this month. If not, then there should by now have been a pre close statement warning us of this.

Any evidence of any type of turn-around, would shoot these up past 50p, fingers crossed.

Looks like buys are moving back in. Expecting a final dividend of 2p making 3p for the year at 30p = 10% yield.

Would like to see the share price pushing towards the 50p level in 2017.

IMO DYOR

Ric Piper, who was previously the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has agreed to remain on the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director until 30 November 2016 to facilitate an appropriate handover of responsibilities to Mr Holt, if his appointment is confirmed following the General Meeting. The Board sincerely thanks Ric Piper for his positive contribution to the Board and the business during his time as Chairman and wishes him well.

I believe they are a good recovery play and they generate cash so think they will pay the 2p divi.

Refer PS

100% agree there are ex LAKE employees which hold grudges on the board and it's not hard to work out who they are!

Lakehouse own 10 businesses so its very unlikely to go bust, so hopefully a recovery sooner rather than later.

yes a 2p divi, would be a good message to send to the market.

ps

I get the impression we have some ex lake employees with a few grudges, hanging around this forum.

Thanks Igoe,

Hope they pay a 2p final divi and an improvement in the business moving forward in 2017/18.
