494.0118p per Ordinary Share after settling income tax liabilities arising on
vesting and retained 18,001 shares and Mr. Rapp has sold 52,637 shares at
494.0118p per Ordinary Share after settling income tax liabilities arising on
vesting and retained 20,981 shares.
