3 ramps btw on the topinfo thread in regards to KUL today so i guess there are a few traders lurking here also. Not necessary at this stage imo.

btw ask ANY broker if they think a private placing would accour into such an illiquid share. I would be interested to hear their thoughts

Toby I think it's worth flagging that they raised that pre making any investments. Of course at that stage hard to raise money as not clear what the real intentions were with the company. Now it's clear that Mellon wants to use this as his main investment vehicle and there are completed investments in some very exciting private companies where there is no other way for people to invest (eg Factom) it's a very different kettle of fish.

It was a totally different story in June, tobytime as there wasn't the news flow then and posters sold out because they didn't know where the company was going until the news about the acquisitions were announced.

Hydrus you know as well as i do that private investors will not buy into an illiquid stock.

WHY did they raise a piddly £100k a 5p when the share price was 7.5p if that option was available?

Toby, nothing wrong with a different view. I suspect that a fundraising might happen in a few months time. However by then the share price might well be significantly higher. I can't see Mellon raising say a piddly £1m or so which is practically all he could do at this level. If he raises funds he will I'm sure want a good amount. He could of course raise money in other ways e.g. through private finance.

Keya not at all. Would you rather i ramp the shares across advfn to push the share price up only for a discounted placing to come and leave investors shafted?

this was heavily ramped in June when holders were paying 10p+. How did they feel a few months later when the share price was 5p due to a discounted placing!!

monkey i suggest you check my posting history.

MOS from 13p to 23p today, CNEL from 1p to 1.9p today.

I care little whether you like me or not fact is i know more about this company and have communicated with Jim Mellon more then any of you put together

What your real problem is that you know im right.

There is NO WAY Jim Mellon will raise funds higher then the current share price!!

Toby please please stop trying to talk this down just due to the fact you want more at this level and you can't release the cash yet.

I also want more and need other things to move first but it's bad sport to put the dampers on things and then come back in a week or so with a ramp fest!

If you are really concerned by a placing it's bizarre not to bank profit but we know that's not the case really?

flash i still have my 400k here.

However i was here also when the placing came in at 5p when the shares were trading at 7.5p. The shares dropped to 4p soon after.

Caution is required buying at these levels until funding becomes clear.

toby, you need to look a little further ahead than that. Of course they will need to raise money (who doesn't) but you or I don't know how that will take place. It may indeed come from a discounted placing or indeed a premium placing if they have the backers in abundance (Jim Mellon certainly has the contacts). All of this is irrelevant because if you believe in the strategy here and the future success which has been hinted at significantly by Mr Mellon then a short term 'blip' (if there is one) will be swallowed by the successive rise. A very good start today with an awaited breakout achieved leading to further gains. I can't help feeling that you have been a little bit 'short sighted' today or maybe nervous after a half decent rise, however I obviously don't know if you still have a further holding or not. Time to chill and let the man take this further. He, after all has a reputation that speaks volumes........... all in my opinion of course.

toby which is now above the price they raised yea, you amaze me as others do lol, wake up and smell the coffee I think the saying is, others are saying its like tern not read anything but looks like its dropped a load, think this is still going up if I,m right lol, they will do whats needed to move the company forward, if you cant see it book ur profit nothing wrong with that but for me happy to sit and wait to see what happens, best of luck all

Just come home to see a nice rise :)). This is like a racehorse coming up from behind now and the word is getting out IMO I have just ordered the Fast Forward book to try to get up to speed as well.

I would like to have a clear vision of how they intend to finance their investments.

KUL have little or no money at this point and my one and only worry is them raising money at a discount just as they did a few months ago.

I agree flashheart, of the four acquisitions so far I think KUL's stake in Factom has by far the most potential.

I see both KUL and TERN (sorry to disagree keya and Hydrus) as exciting opportunities here with the investments they have. Would like to see KUL up their stake in Factom significantly though if I'm honest as I see this particularly as a KUL 'game changer'.

Agree hydrus that's why I sold them!

When I look at Tern and perhaps also the likes of CHA I do think that we are onto something very special here. If they can attract a 'hard core' following to support the mcap in the way that we have seen this should eclipse all.

I like this one a lot. Don't often hold for long periods, more momentum trading is my style but I have a sneaky feeling this is going be different.

Well I would hope this has more substance to it than Tern which is hot air IMO.
