Holism, an interesting bit of background in your last post, and thanks for sharing it. If this were to do a Medusa over the next year, ie rise exponentially,
( or parabolically more like)the recent weeks' chart shows that if so, it has commenced . 15g/t overall would still be excellent.
I also realise the silver is going to assist in reducing costs considerably. And what if $50 silver in 6 months, quite possible.
Mining costs are rising and the combination of early stage inexpensive production and high grade is the best you can expect these days. This is where it is.
I remain fully involved in MML ( from 24p, averaged to around 240p these days) I have 25% of that sum now in KRM. I cannot see incidentally a repeat of 'perfect year' late 08 to end of 09, that so helped MML. So if KRM is worth a double in a full year from here I will be more than delighted. I agree Medusa's hyperbolic days are well over however as it now matures I will be delighted with even 15-20% P/A, considering that MML is a pretty sound asset and will be doubling output in a couple more years. Medusa is lagging my expectations at the moment and may have to wait till later in the year for a decent rise. Not so KRM.

Very fine new grades again today at MML and well worth having a look just for the sake of interest.

Well yes i think that's right Hector. Its still early days, we have heard very little recently about the exploration progress and i think that is where the value will come from.None of us knows what the production figures will be next quarter but this current one should hit an annualised rate of between 40 and 45K.I guess the new Sag mill will make a difference in due course. I thought at one stage that the grade would work out at about 20g/t however that looks excessive with 15 being a safer assumption, but who cares with silver credits where they are and a silver gold ratio of 12:1 cost of production will be very low indeed. We should be quietly excited, my guess- and its only a guess, this company will have a market cap equal to MMLs within 12 months, at least that is where my money is and has been for some months now.MML was exceptional for me, I was extremely lucky meeting Geof Davies well before AIM days in fact soon after the Philsaga acquisition, but I became anxious when his rhetoric changed from conservative to over optimistic. I sold out, probably a shade early, to invest in Bill's next venture because in my view MML had reached the end of its exponential growth, Kingsrose has a long way to go has the same expanding mine criteria and production and most importantly has Bill on board and without Bill MML would not be where it is today.

Today, the chart gives the impression a considerable re-rating is underway.
Target $2.00 in April seems achievable.
Edited gold up $12-13 tonight.

Interesting, I have been looking at these a little over the last couple of days. I never bought yesterday but the offer has risen to 1.685 so held off. I also noticed that the share price had way surpassed the recent reports by the 2 analysts.

I do see a lot of value in the company though, just need to put a few notes together I think.

Yes, strength is now recurring.
Even as a vein mine of 5 years at 120,000 ounces assuming inexpensive extract like MML's Co-o there should be one more doubler in it, anything above that is a bonus.

David how do you get to 150000 ozs, my model can see 120000- just and that would be fantastic provided the company can demonstrate a mine life of at least 5 years. I take your point about vein mining but they still have to convince us of longevity- it took MML several years to do that.

Forget about JORC its narrow underground mining.

What is interesting is the new driling and the next capacity increase ? to 150,000oz?

I am excited about this stock. Confident management, remember Bill Phillips sold out of MML and invested in KRM. That says it all for me. We know production will increase towards 70000 ozs and production costs are near or below $100 per oz, the question is how much gold has the company and will it translate into a JORC resource to give confidence to a significant mine life.Forget Sardinia for the time being.

I am not sure that was a genuine rise. Something may have gone wrong with the system in Aus, all gold shares appeared to go up in tandem. We will see if they get marked down on Monday.

I would have thought there is tremendous upside here particularly as we near the qtrly results. With a 12:1 ratio silver to gold the company's cost of production net of silver credits must be minimal. In fact at $40 an ounce of silver and 40k ozs of gold silver may add over $4M to the bottom line. However growth will come with exploration results which I fully expect to see with Peter Cooke and Bill Phillips at the helm. Also the company is looking to move towards 70k pa based on 140000t at 15 grams per t. They will have to achieve their fist milestone of 40K p.a which looks doesn't look over taxing with just over 3000 ozs in December. Patience will reward I think.

Kingsrose chart weakening, yet gold is rising strongly. I hope we can see upside return soon.

I'm looking forward to that. It's good to have another vein miner which could have 10-12 G/t like Medusa. Perhaps Wey Linngo is also open at length and depth.
