18/5/2011 09:58 | Lovely 11% bounce last night in OZ, off the 200 day MA, hope to see it as part of the recovery, not just the upside of a downwards chart.! The drift may have been partly due to the downtime in April (ball mill with sticky clay problem) which has been addressed. | hectorp
17/5/2011 08:07 | Approaching the 200-day and hoping it is supported here. Looking oversold on prospects and resource. | hectorp
09/5/2011 09:32 | Silver , well its started to fall out of bed, but when it gets support again the miners will recover quickly. | hectorp
05/5/2011 09:34 | Hectorp- I guess the weakness in share price is in some part due to the gathering view that silver could fall out of bed. | holism
05/5/2011 08:21 | No, still not finding support yet, could have to go to the 200 day. We need a little 'something' to get going again. | hectorp
02/5/2011 09:14 | Surprised we didn't bounce last night. Now approaching 50 day MA. | hectorp
28/4/2011 11:25 | Looking better after 'The Benbernanke's' talk. | hectorp
27/4/2011 11:34 | Hectorp- nothing happening in markets at the moment simply no volume. KRM should be announcing qtly review next week. I am expecting good news on April resumption of production an update perhaps on exploration and something on Sardinia. We may one day look back and say why didn't we top up in April 2011? Enjoy another forced holiday. | holism
27/4/2011 08:12 | Didn't happen, but starting to look oversold on a short term basis. | hectorp
18/4/2011 11:15 | chart is doing a nice formation ready for a possible rapid move to 2.00 | hectorp
17/4/2011 02:31 | Hello Any Canadians buying this and which broker are you using? I have watched this too long, now time to get in Thanks in advance | certified8
15/4/2011 10:13 | Down 8c overnight, end of the week there. However small gold miners up 2% last night, we may well reverse that drop on Monday. Apart from this, gold price is stunning and also strong. Everyone will by now know that the Far East and India private individuals bought 900 tonnes gold more than they sold in 2010 and the pace is not slacking. In fact the rise of China buyers has helped iron out the traditional 'season' of late Autumn. Only Europeans are net sellers of gold, 200 tonnes less . Private individuals now account for 19% of world gold purchases ( 2010) as opposed to all other sources eg Central Banks, 16%. This is all stunning for gold. Only 100 tonnes more shall be produced in 2011 ( World Gold council). | hectorp
15/4/2011 00:03 | chris, been in for around 5 months, not sure where it will end up, $2.50 perhaps this year. | hectorp
12/4/2011 19:47 | Davinausa1, TDW. I enter my trade during the evening, with a maximum price, and they execute when the ASX opens, and in my case, always under my stated maximum, which is honest of them. This works well for me. | andy
12/4/2011 14:44 | Morning H. Been lurking around this one for some time now. Just waiting for the 'international' element of my trading account to be updated after lying dormant and i will buy in here. Watched it trickle back down earlier in the year but then took my eye off it. Thought i had missed the boat but after looking at the fundamentals again i feel it is still a good price to buy in. | chrismcglone
12/4/2011 13:57 | Welcome, jampot. | hectorp
12/4/2011 07:26 | Morning, like the story, bought a few this am... | jampot7us
12/4/2011 07:22 | Market down in Aus over night and temporary stoppage absorbed by market. I would guess there aren't many short term traders here, which bodes well for the future. This company is very conservative so when they say 8000 ozs for June quarter I think this will be achieved and probably exceeded, remember the minesite article said they have a problem keeping grades down, it wouldn't take much to to increase them for the June quarter perhaps. | holism
11/4/2011 11:57 | Temporary mine stoppage announced loss of 2 weeks production but cost of production $25 per oz. | holism
11/4/2011 01:25 | can i ask UK based folk here what UK online broker they use to buy on the Aussie market? | divinausa1
08/4/2011 20:35 | Thanks holism, much appreciated. However it does make me reconsider a very long term holding period, but it won't affect me this year anyhow. H. | hectorp
08/4/2011 12:36 | I am not sure anybody is too concerned about the local participation issue for the time being. I took the view that the mine would be well in production and therefore the value already realised before anything happens. I will check the current state of play and report if anything should change my view. | holism
08/4/2011 08:53 | Yes holism, read it yesterday, and that clearly had some effect last night. separately, see what chip says on the chip thread....he thinks the Government might take a take at some point diluting later earnings power. I had thought he was in here , but he's not. H. | hectorp
08/4/2011 08:34 | This will bring you up to date. | holism
06/4/2011 11:53 | chestnuts, if you've read it by now ( thanks matrixtrader) you'll have the whole think in a nutshell. The key seems to be the agressive diamond drilling campaign to identify larger resource, more veins and then extension below current depth ( still open at depth). It seems most unlikely that there will not be considerable value discovered and at that, this year . The cost of present mining is $100 an ounce thanks to the silver credits. IF Wey Linngo is like Newcrest Indonesia as twice mentioned, then it could also be a few million ounces, but as yet, we cannot say. Like Medusa MML, KRM is very protected from any drift in gold price, even down to $1000. The broker valuation, close to today's price, very fairly does not make allowance for increase in the resource size. Note lastly that this is very difficult terrain so most development is best undertaken underground from the current mine. The permitting is fine and the local political environment is stable here. | hectorp |
