Weren't they looking to raise finance simultaneously in S. Africa and London?
So who knows the balance between the two...
Maybe London will get off lightly?

Whats going to happen to make this fly? They need massive funding and have even said so and that means several large placings. Its not rocket science.In 18 months to 2 yrs then they will start making money but until then it will be numerous placings

Those pumping will get the nod just before the placing rns lands giving them enough time to get out.KP2 are on AIM to raise money and thats what they will do exactly the same as SXX.Mkt cap will increase but shareprice will be destroyed.Thats just how it works on AIM. At least they have given ample warning that major equity will be required. I didnt make that up

But you already know capex is $2B for the mine and they are also building a deep water jetty at point noire.We also know the resource so next stage is an equity raise that will be in Dec/Jan.The company have already said they will need major equity.How much will they raise on AIM and whats the target price? Given the level of pump its obviously higher than todays price. It will need at least 100%-200% increase in shares in issue to add just a small amount of what is required

So you are not the only game in town and you will find its a very close knit community with regards to potash and natural gas in ROC. We might even build a large fertiliser plant in country.TBC

SXX have over 4B shares in issue but KORE have just under 1B.That will change dramatically
