Codes:
1 - RNS logged/imminent
100 - MM need shares
200 - Need shares but do not take share price down to get them
300 - Need shares and take share price down tot get them
400 - Trade sideways based on supply and demand
500 - Gap one way or another usually to direction of 500 trade

Could we have another RNS tomorrow saying what the CEO has had for breakfast? lol RECENT RNS's have been pointless.......... Just another way to pump up the price before placing if we get a placing and the lights aren't turned out?

It's possible will will get another 10am RNS on Friday with confirmation that funding talks are at an advanced stage & they expect to finalise terms in due course.Maybe the share price will rise then.

RE FUNDING DELAYS - Koovs are obviously going to the wire now & I'm not expecting the funding this month - those RNS's clearly point to more time needed or the investors have been spooked by the share price & lack of evidence of growth .

Putneylad aka Jambon lol posts on LSE - Another poster who has sold out & wanting back in at 12p - will go a lot lower without news as some city Boys are saying 5p before the funding news & then the huge spike.We still need RNS funding confirmed.

Lord Alli is obviously having a real problem re funding & desperately trying up the share price lol ...Today's RNS saying its customers love Koovs clobber.Make no mistake Koovs are in survival mode & need to get this deal done ASAP... something holding this funding back.& we are the last to be told.koovs loans are cln's secured & if it fails we get zero back 😭.. Our shares will be worthless.

Last year the final preliminary results for the year end 31st March 2017 were delayed until September?? So I guess we won't get any in July now . Why delay unless trading is poor . Today's RNS was a laugh in the face at best.

e-commerce business Koovs issued a short update to the market on Wednesday morning, announcing today that it will be seeking a renewal of permission for the issue of up to £18.9m of convertible loan notes.

The AIM-traded firm said that, in addition to the £8.9m which was previously received, it remained in "advanced negotiations" to secure a term sheet from an investor committing to invest via the issue of convertible loan notes.

"The company remains confident of delivering this further tranche of convertible loan notes and expects to announce the successful conclusion of this additional funding in due course," the board said in its brief statement.

Koovs says no reason for share price drop

(ShareCast News) - AIM-listed fashion brand Koovs noted the recent movement in its share price on Friday and said it knows of no specific reason for the move.



"To clarify, the £8.9m convertible funds (first referenced in the announcement made on 21 July 2017) have been received by the company and detailed discussions with the third party regarding the further £7.5m (also mentioned in that announcement) remain ongoing."

Koovs expects to announce the successful conclusion of this round of funding in due course.

At 1440 BST, the shares were down 13.2% to 31.02p.

I personally don't believe a word this company say or do ? Been in this for 4 years & nothing has changed apart from my huge losses .

Putneylad will say everything on track as the company say nothing... Total silence re funding. At least Koovs have enough money until 31st August.. So in 6/8 weeks Koovs should update us hopefully
