LSE derampers did not help this but sentiment on the boards has returned. They are saying this will go to 50p. I am laughing out loud because 50p should be the very first stop. This could easily size up over the next few sessions to over 100p

KOOVS will raise GBP £15.8 million via a share subscription agreement with retail group Future Lifestyle Fashion Ltd & a separate share bookbuild.

KOOVS will issue 57.9 million new shares to Future Lifestyle at 10 pence each , raising GBP £5.8 million in cash . Following the subscription,Future Lifestyle will own 29.9% stake in Koovs .

The company will additionally raise up to GBP £10 million issuing new shares at 15p per share.Admission of new shares is expected on 19th July ( Alli will also invest 1.5 million pounds in the equity raise.Hope these details help from Hots )

The buying has building thicker and faster. The last 20 trades or so are all buys. Could this flip beyond 25p by close? Looking very possible. Possible huge gap up in the morning. Interesting final hour approaches.

Yes, the 10p headline number is irrelevant. Now funded and with a multi BIllion turnover partner with 25% stake. It will speed up the adoption and I'm hoping bring Koovs to the Indian high st

I would usually incline to agree with you but when you have a report stating this could be 20 x the current MCAP and the the ASOS equivalent in the already booming India then I don't believe this will feel any constrains. Its been feeling constrains since its high drops when funding was in doubt. This is huge news and the market hasn't fully reacted to this yet. Buying is forming a good foundation and when it ticks up this should get to 50p no problem.

I think the 15p placing will constrain it until 12th July, but you won't get anywhere near that offer before so a question of timing for new investors
