Investment conclusionThis deal looks very smart to us future equity tranches will be far less dilutive if the share price responds positively, and the backing of a major traditional and digital media player in India should be encouraging for existing and new investors to back the company's bold ambitions. The company still needs to confirm new cash equity subscriptions to survive; with them, it will be well positioned to exploit the huge opportunity that is the Indian e commerce market.

Lol are great, but if they're not keeping repeating customers because there is so much choice, it's not sustainable. They'll spend more than they earn to keep the business going.

Has anyone seen traction building up because 1.5m, 6 m is not a lot when you have big boys spending loads of money.

The only one making money is HT Media. £24 million. That's mad. Stock to be diluted by 50/100%.

Hopefully for shareholders here the 'positive discussions' actually lead to a fundraise (if it was such a great opportunity wouldnt it have been agreed and RNSed already?). As the agreement is conditional on raising the initial cash
Then first tranche to HT is at 10p ...

"The Agreement is conditional upon an initial cash raise of at least GBP6m by the Company (the "Initial Equity Raise"). The Company has already had positive discussions with existing and potential new shareholders regarding support for the Initial Equity Raise. The exact amount of new capital to be raised under the Initial Equity Raise will be determined by the Board in discussion with investors.

On satisfaction of this condition, the Agreement will, in aggregate, provide Koovs with GBP16.8m of media and advertising services from HT Media in exchange for the issuance of new ordinary shares in the Company to HT Media, alongside which Koovs agrees to commission further media and advertising services from HT Media for GBP7.2m in cash to be drawn in four tranches over the 2-year period.

The conversion price for the first GBP4.2m tranche of new shares to be issued to HT Media is to be 10 pence per Koovs share"

This does look like a shrewd move. I like it, it will give confidence going forward and has effectively arranged a staged funding of which dilution will be significantly reduced

Yes, you'll be saying that your experience losing all your money on Koovs taught you that the stock market wasn't for you and you have done well from getting other people to manage your money since.

It is obvious from your posts that this is a lesson that you, jamesto2 and hotaimstocks (assuming you are actually different people, which I suspect is not the case) are going to learn eventually, regardless of what happens with Koovs.
