They have an excellent website and seem to be a perfect fit for Koovs to also jump on board to help grow their business and capitalise them selves in the process by using their network to sell on.Maybe that is the reason things have been a lil quiet. Not long to wait Tick Tock !

I like the sound of that Harebridge and it's highly plausible imo.Koovs is an open target right now! A sitting duck for any retail giant to vulture off Lord Ali is no schmuck, his focus is to grow the company fast and spread the koovs brand to as many people as possible and it makes business sense to branch out and network koovs products with huge retail players in india and rest of the world and vice versa where koovs are now advertising other exclusive labels They've made the platform and it seems to be pulling in the numbers so anything can happen ?One thing wont happen is ...There is no way this is going down other than up from where we are as time progresses

Stark - all I know is if I were a shrewd businessman I'd leave the company to run out of money, run out of options, run out of time, run out of plan b's and then put in a cheeky lowball offer for maybe 1 or 2 pence per share. Take it or leave it. Business is hard and there is no room for sentiment. The much smaller company needs the much larger company far more than the other way round and that's the problem.

RE LOW BALL OFFER ..
1p or 2p offer if we are lucky as the cash has run out and loans of over £10m still unpaid

So let's go by with what you're saying then.. what's a low ball offer to you from where we are today share price wise ?

Stark - I believe I've raised some very valid points and opinions, that is all (this is a discussion site is it not?). It was the company that cautioned shareholders of the risk it may no longer be able to continue as a going concern if the funding issue can't be resolved, not bulletin board posters - no need to get sore with others for quoting that particular concern, a very valid concern at that. I believe FLFL sees value in Koovs but I suspect a lowball offer is where this may be heading. I've come to the opinion FLFL will probably become the dominant player in India and will probably snap up various acquisitions along the way, tactically acquired at a bargain price. Its just my opinion, but I think that's probably where we are and where this is going, but we'll have to see how it pans out. GL to you.

FLFL has a benchmark goal to be the 1 and only biggest goliath in the fashion retail world in india. That's bricks and mortar set ups as well as ecommerce. With Amazon on board I just cannot see any way now that they will fail that realistic goal that they have set for themselves.Patience always wins the day in the investing world and life in general

Well maybe FLFL did not have the Amazon tie up confirmed last year ?
stark industries
03/12/2019
14:11
If that is the case, why didnt FLFL just buy Koovs last year when it was on its knees & on the verge of going under?
