The reality of the situation is that the company recently warned shareholders that unless the funding issue can be sorted, there is a risk the company may be unable to continue as a going concern. And so for the time being this remains a high/very high risk investment until the funding issue has been sorted (assuming it will be). Until the company confirms via official RNS that the funding issue has been sorted and the threat of going bust has been removed, a high degree of caution is still needed here, imo.
