They have clearly stated that will have to constantly throw money at it in the forseeable future so how long do you wait,for this fund-raise or the next?

It is their policy as has been discussed before to spend a lot on marketing.
The general trend seems up to me,share-price wise,though there will be blips.

Thing is, do we expect interim results or the fund raising to land first? It's the order of these dropping that could make this either cheap or expensive at circa 64p to top up / get in......Hmmmm, Dilemma!

I remember the last placing at 25p when the share price was 28p. I'd already filled my boots at 18p & honestly thought the share price would drop to below 25p. I was wrong & missed out on a great opportunity, instead topping up in the 30's.As I said before, am expecting great Interim results of £8 million compared to £2.83 million last year.

thanks. depends what the latest trading numbers show, but looks like weakness until amount and trading are clear IMO....but like the company and concept....just what price to get in at!

I tend to think the next fundraising won't have much trouble getting bought up. Look what happened at 25p - doubled within weeks.

Raising cash underwrites the business for another X months, and with sales rising rapidly, there is the possibility that it could be the last dilution.

So I'll be adding below 60p, if it comes. :0)

new to thread, but reading above, and recent RNSs a fund raise has been well flagged, and IMO the share will lag while board/brokers try and find the investors. DYOR etc but I like the story, but will hang on to see how the fund raise goes and what the pricing is alongside latest stats.....gla

From July's Prelims"The capital raising process has therefore secured a total of INR2,209.5 million / GBP22,711k for the funding of the business. The Board is planning to resume its capital raising process in the autumn of 2016 and based on the success of the process so far, is confident that appropriate funding will be secured in due course."The other £9 million went on securing full ownership of Koovs india.I can't find anywhere where it says how much more they need.

I calculate they have raised £31.8M already having suggested that they needed £35M.

Have they stated that a further (final?) round will take place imminently?

Yes Taurus, agree. Excited by the numbers- not by the share price lol!I remember when the last placing happened at 25p when the share price was 28p. It soon rocketed up afterwards. I expect the same will happen again. I've got some cash left to capitalise on this. Looking at how this is being walked down, I suspect a 50p placing being announced very soon. Then interims.

Hence what I wrote. If revenues double this year and next, I'd say +ve PBT would come in by end of next. Not in any rush to top up yet, but I suspect the next stats will get the market excited. In the meantime, expected dilution takes prominence.. :0)

What's likely to happen is that a positive statement is to be preceded by a placing. Judging by the downward pressure over the last week or so, it's clear that 'someone' has put in a very large sell order. It's now easy to buy as many shares as you want, but impossible to sell any decent amount.This will be dragged down further until the agreed placing price between Lord Waheed Alli, the Participants & Peel Hunt has been reached.That is just my opinion as I've seen it all on AIM

The reason why I've been adding hereThe first 6 months of 2015 produced sales of £2.833 million.The first 4 months of 2016 alone produced sales of £5 million.A strong August & September could push total 6 month sales to £8 millionThat's a possible increase of £5.2 million- an increase of 180%180% is my most optimistic figure

Lol I wish. I've always put my money where my mouth is. Totally confident in the team here, not just the ex ASOS guys either. Have fully researched them & the company & love what is happening in India. I'm confident that this will be a real life changer.

Yes they've been sniffing about for shares for a few weeks now. With 6 months Interims due in a few weeks, wouldn't be surprised to see a placing prior to that. Seems to be walked down to a placing price.
