If you are registered on companies house as being a person holding significant control then you have bought and paid for the relevant share holding, so funding has been made and paid. Expect a successful funding RNS in coming days, I suspect this will continue to rise up until the RNS, the RNS alone will double the share price what ever that is at the time and day of the RNS.
