Pure speculation here, but Steve Zaninovich was awarded 30m shares to add to his existing 7.1m. That was more than Bernie was awarded. The big award and the fact he cashed them all in may suggest he has been rewarded for a job well done... performance objective achieved... and that just maybe he will be surplus to requirements when the Chinese move in. Perhaps bringing the concept into production isn´t his forte? Perhaps the Chinese have their own guy? Who knows! Nothing that worries me, anyhow. And perhaps a hint that positive news isn´t far away.
