The big award and the fact he cashed them all in may suggest he has been rewarded for a job well done... performance objective achieved... and that just maybe he will be surplus to requirements when the Chinese move in. Perhaps bringing the concept into production isn´t his forte? Perhaps the Chinese have their own guy? Who knows! Nothing that worries me, anyhow.
