Yes, and a gigafactory being built in Sunderland by Nissan to make loads of batteries for EV's.

Lithium has a great future, will be in very big demand and KOD will be able to sell loads as it has superpits.

The company had to play people along for years. Thus it was never going to tell the whole truth to pi's about how long the lithium battery revolution would take. But the Chinese play a long, long game, so they invested and sat back, happy for the bod to milk it for fees and commissions. SpAngel was only too happy to dilute repeatedly as the commission's weren't too shabby. Wooldridge et al have enriched themselves over the years and are now obscenely wealthy. After many years, however, the ev revolution is becoming a reality and the Chinese will lead the charge. No pun intended. We are now, I believe, on the cusp of a major shift to ev as the economics begin to make sense to the mass market. So whereas pi's never had the patience to hold year after year, the speed of the move to ev has accelerated such that even pi's with their notoriously short time horizons are now beginning to see the rationale. It's suddenly very exciting after years of lies and dilution. The time is now...

Current average spodumene concentrate price is $720/t. That is approx 5.5% above Kodal's initial H2 2021 target price of $680/t.

Anybody got anything sensible to say? Kod has saved me from HUR debacle....I have been in and out of KOD (actually for 4-5 years). But seems to me Ganfeng/firefinch//licence approval//amongst the largest deposits of lithium in world//gold discoveries etc indicate that it is time to watch the space, especially as we get to the backend of covid and the next agenda is climate and renewables. Right time, right resource...not so sure about the right place- but Ganfeng seem happy to commit.
