Kodal mining license app lodged 27/01/20, well over a year ago. Kodal were very vocal in stating what a good relationship they had with ministers yet it didn't seem to translate to a license award in a reasonable time. Then the probs in Mali happened and still no news??? Nearly 13 months and counting..

Sinohydro initial exclusivity period (6months) runs out beginning of March? Will they make a deal,or extend the period,or back out? Not long now!
Trouble with Kodal's poor FS is that any Company that makes an offer based on it will take the level of uncertainty into account and any offer will likely reflect the level of risk...so likely very low. Most companies do a PFS and then a DFS/BFS in order to prove up the project beyond a reasonable doubt. This approach maximises certainty and hence maximises returns for shareholders..Unfortunately, KOD have chosen to'fast track' the project which seems to mean they have only a poor low grade FS with limited LOM, even after employing the low probability inferred resources.....
Also, why have they not published an Ore Reserve??
Lots of fundamental questions need to be comprehensively answered by the BOD of this Company..imho. Very little info has been given.
