Didn't dither either. The Gold prospects alone could be worth 4p,

the Lithium is nearer production mind.

10p+ within five years I'm saying.

I'm no expert, but have been keeping an eye on this for awhile with lithium and gold prices raising and licences being signed off, also other mining companies booming at the minute, that how I came to the conclusion it looks cheap. My personal opinion, which I maybe wrong, just a hunch really. However I have previously invested at around this price and it paid off.

BW, you're correct, they will convert and sell into any rise. The interest and loan can be converted at anytime. That's how death spiral finance works.....KOD owe them £750k so far, repayable after 18 months....if not through shares...
