HA,

Yes, the assay grades are very high. Just surprised the share price has not risen more based on today's excellent RNS.

Have a great weekend all.

Yes TheLung, the tininess was what I was trying to get across! Been in here since Feb 2017 so it wold be fair to call me a stale bull...and can't believe I didn't sell when Suay Chin first announced interest & it was up 40%. Didn't really realise how much of a lottery mining stocks are. Still only 3% of my cornholio since £VRS did the business. GLA

£100/pt? So the equivalent of buying £20 worth of shares?

I'm over weight on these as it is and told myself no more minerals or Africa stocks, as this, EMH, RBW have all unperformed... but I've put a tiny s/b on at £100/pt just in case it does go ballistic! GLA

Having lost a fair sum on this stock this time last year.... I'm back in. The company appears to have made good progress, yet this still isn't reflected in the price. I'm fully expecting to recover previous losses and alot more besides!! Am hoping that my timing is much better this time around ?

Hyper,

That's just further affirmation of the licence news they've received today. They have exclusive rights confirmed for the project area so by all accounts its theirs, its in writing and they can get on with business as usual. That's great news. They drifted from 0.3 because of this, now 100% confirmed by the Malian authorities that they've exclusive rights to the licence area.

Regards,
Ed.

Excellent news, licence issue put to bed, the company can now regain its lost value since this arose and start to price in these large discoveries. Lots of assays due and the maiden resource. Valued as 10% of BSG makes these insanely oversold at this point.

Ed.

Phew!

Kodal Minerals plc, the mineral exploration and development company focussed on West Africa, is pleased to provide this update on the Company's concessions at the Bougouni Lithium Project in Southern Mali ("Bougouni" or the "Project").

As announced on 18 January 2018 and earlier on 13 December 2017, the Company had filed new applications over two new 100 square kilometre licences covering the high priority areas within the Kolassokoro area (the "Project Area") directly in the name of its Malian subsidiary, Future Minerals SARL. The Company now confirms it has received fully signed "conventions" granting the Company exclusive exploration rights to the Project Area. In addition, the Company has immediately moved to apply for "Arretes" over the Project Area, that will affirm the Company's rights and ensure title for an initial three year period with rights for two renewals of two years each.

OT,

The Chinese probably have. I have not added because shares wise KOD. But in numbers KOD are by far the company I hold most shares in followed by KRS.

I have a fairly good portfolio and most companies I have invested in will pay me very good returns. I have done extensive research on all too.

Would be nice if the Chinese perhaps bought some more at this price given they were happy to invest at double it? That would certainly do the trick.

I can see the share price hitting the .5p range sooner than most think.

GD,

Well from the RNS above which stated application approval and official documentation to be received very shortly then it definitely sounds that way. Then nothing stands in the way of the ongoing drilling, assays and JORC. then eventually that 5000tn bulk sample.

Ed.

Ed,

Lets hope the flood gates will burst eventually. KOD still require the licence officially approval signed off and stamped, which may come any day now.

Now that the company retains full and exclusive rights to explore and operate these licence areas it shouldn't be too much longer until they give us more assays and the exclusive maiden resource.

"The Company can now confirm that the applications for the conventions (being the name of the licences applied for, for the first stage of exploration) have been approved by the Directorate Nationale de la Géologie et des Mines ("DNGM", the Malian National Direction of Geology and Mines) and the Malian Inter-ministerial committee meeting (COMINE). Official documentation is being finalised and is expected to be received by the Company very shortly. As previously announced, the Company will grant Triumvirat Mining Company SARL a 10 per cent. economic interest in the new licences. The new licences will have an initial life of three years and be eligible for two extensions each of a further two years.

Kodal confirms that all key target areas and prospects within the Bougouni Lithium project are retained within concession areas that the Company has full and exclusive rights to explore and operate."

Given that our neighbours has a cap of AU$228/£128m and are valued some x10 higher on similar assets. They're further ahead than KOD with the reserves etc but KOD has some catching up to do with their current valuation. Our assays are on par with theirs. Once KOD receive the official documentation regarding the new licences this is likely to pop. Still fully funded for this years expo thanks to the Chinese millions. The flood gates will burst here eventually.

Regards,
Ed.

Thanks for posting that, interesting. Hopefully not be too long before the company receives the official documentation as they suggested in the recent RNS. I agree too hopefully should get more assays out when licence confirmed.

Regards,
Ed.
