It starts to become very much clearer after today's £75k share purchase by Mr Wooldridge Kodal Chairmain, as to why certain results have been not reported in recent RNS's.Imo this has allowed today's reported purchase, whilst the JORC is being finalised prior to release, which will in turn incorporate the outstanding results to form the Maiden JORC report.Mr K.

The Ceo does not compile the report. He will sign it yes but he hasn't done that yet obviously. He has a fair idea of what is in it hence he didn't wait for his options.

You really do need to know the company and join the dots......

For example this means that the Chinese investor is coming back at 0.38p for 99.99% certain.

It means it's real and not smoke and mirrors. Sometimes the market needs reassurance.

Agree, very limited downside hereon.

Chairman, Robert Wooldridge (a Chartered Accountant) has, for him, gone into these today - BIG TIME.

He knows the reasons why!

Guys. The director buy today is Very Significant. The market is asleep.

Mr Wooldridge only received 20k salary & fees in 2016 and the same the previous year. All in the annual report page 29.

Value of the director buy £75k. 26.5m shares

He also has 25million share options at 0.38p, granted in May.



Show me a more bullish director buy on AIM?

Those who buy, hold and sit tight will surely be rewarded.

Today's Director buying £75k of Kod stock says there is plenty of upside from here....Suay Chin invested £4.5m at a premium 0.038p just sit tight & wait for what's coming next....Sure as night follows day, something big is coming....Follow the money...Mr K.
