Shame the astute investors on lse are so blinkered.

Good evening especially to OJ & AN.MERCMAN states BA says he will meet the end of year target, although he may miss by 5 or 6 weeks.
Merc and Lav have indeed lost the plot, it’s back to their pairing as village idiots.
So Canaccord write down their valuation by 25%,no license transferred, no assay results, no substantiated increase in holding and predictions once again null and void.5th of September BA said ahead of schedule by 21 days, now we are 30+ days in arrears.Transportation from port to site doing 5mph.All this I have gleaned from the LSE board today nothing new from me, however when you establish that this is all a repetition of the past years a lesser person would believe that this holds the share price to funny parameters.
Ineptitude, stupidity or bad luck.Possibly all three.
Oh I almost forget as OJ stated earlier code 2023 means we are down to 31.5%.Anyway what is 5% net profit between friends.At least for BA 5/6 weeks mean an extra £50/60k.I say 3 cheers for BA. Hip hip.

elco - under the 2019 code the extra 10% the govt could buy was based on commercial value whilst in production + there were tax exemptions such as import tax exempt during construction.

Under the 2023 code the extra 20% the govt can buy is based on the exploration costs to date, also all tax exemptions have been removed so there will now be a big bill to pay for everything imported so far.

The license transfer will never be approved until Kodal agree to the Mali 2023 mining code. That is going to hurt the economics.

Kodal will just have to cave in when the plant is read otherwise they cant start the mining. Got to say that the Mali authority is playing it well.
