Bernie, I challenge you to publish a feasibilty study for stage 1 under the 2023 code? I dont recall seeing a study for stage 1 under the 2019 code, at todays prices/costs this project cant be viable yet you keep spending cash and drawing a wage. Disgusting human being that's about to be exposed.
