Hainan have controlling share of Kodal Mining UK Limited ("KMUK") its official and this was completed in early july. Now just awaiting mali mining dept to give go ahead to transfer license into KMUK. This shouldnt take long, imho aug will be the month.What a gift to buy kod shares under 0.5p, Hainan will buy shares in kod at 0.5p also.

Well hainan this month became majority owner of the subsidiary which will have the lithium license. This proves Hainan are STILL interested, the mining minister resigned on 31st may so this delayed things. New minister arrived 2nd july.Hainan will invest 117m. They will invest 20% into kod. Kod will receive 17m cash.Great deal, we all know why this has fallen from 0.6p, due to FUD spread around Leo lithium and mali.By next sunday we will know leo issue which will be unrelated to us.Now stop talking to yourself.

If we look at the company house filing, most of the action has been this month for the new subsidiary called KMUK. Hainan now has the majority of the shares in this company. The strawberry dude states why hasnt the money arrived yet. Well 6 month since the deal signed it appears Hainan are still very much interested. Leo suspension didnt help hopefully once its official it has nothing to do with kod hopefully share price go back up. I dont think mali will want to upset china.Mali are part of belt road initiative with china.Hainan will own 51% of lithium license and 20% interest in kod.You can stop your disinformation.All this talk from the village idiot with multiple alias's telling us why the money hasnt come in. KMUK has been reorganised just this month, its all about transferring the license to this subsidiary now.

"Kodal is working to complete a number of conditions precedent for closing (CPs) in relation to the Hainan Funding Agreement which include the reorganisation of Kodal's subsidiary companies to have all its Mali lithium assets held within Kodal Mining UK (KMUK), including the Bougouni lithium project."KMUK subsidiary finally is set with both parties having their respective share, this was done earliar this month all we need now is the lithium license transferred here. Fingers crossed.
