nico115 / team hope you read the press today about pimlico plumbers selling out for £100m to us private equity. revs are c £44m and pre tax of £4.5m so its going for 2x revenues. whilst not a perfect Billy / kino read across for me it tells you there is appetite for "small" pe deals but in this space where the csh flow is good and leverage is small. as it happens kkr own a plumbing model in the usa so looks like would be added to that but nonetheless I see it as part fi why we own this name / see a lot of upside.

Tried buying a few k, no stock, even down to a dummy buy of £750 ffs! Am already heavily invested, but ahead of post Sept end possible update, could be an interesting one.....agree this could be a target if it is on track to deliver, let's see....DYOR

Yes if lots of employees buying outside the BOD then I'm v happy with that I'm actually happy for the new ceo to be incentivised but after the 3m extra shares I was a little shocked to see a further 1m issued.Whose to say how much more dilution is going to occur

It depends upon the timescales for which the scheme applies. If it were to be annual it would be on the high scale.

Personally I think it is good idea to motivate with shareholdings a wider range of staff than just a few members of the holding company board.

I haven't, however, looked at the details of the scheme.

The biggest holder was the seller of 2m at 33.5Doesn't worry me as they were a buyer at 100p so what do they know This is now a v high conviction buy for me Love all the director buys Hopefully drifts and I can pick some more up at 35p
