Surely a great deal for an acquirer at 100p ?That's my prediction |
Great news!
Canaccord Genuity upgrade KINO from 80p Speculative Buy, to 95p Buy. |
Rollin Rollin Rollin, |
Indeed. GLA and roll on next trading update etc....without any legacy nonsense haha. DYOR |
Sounds like 150p and that's without contract wins !! lolWrong price here . Nice to hear management is extremely bullish . |
Very bullish IM Can't believe mkt cap is below £60m but the gap will narrow over time . |
Boom, finally, good riddance.
Hopefully now gives the market a chance to value this company correctly!

In the Feb IMC presentation (iirc), mgmt downplayed the prospects of recovering funds/compensation for the state of DVB projects because the previous lot went bankrupt.
They are still going to try to pursue funds, but (iirc) it seemed remote they'd get much.
It could be mgmt style to downplay it, but I wouldn't get my hopes up that any of the £12.2m will be recouped.
A good question for next week's IMC. |

Any thoughts DYOR ?We love your posts . |
If Scott wanted to sell at 100-120p then a bidder may have a go with that sizeable stake behind him . I think would have tk be triple digits to entice the shareholder base . |
With everything cleared up I would not be surprised if takeover bids start to materialise again, as the stock is very cheap and uncertainty has been removed |
Thats's a great read - already indicating next year's revenue ahead of 24,high proportion of visible revenues are recurring, DCB costs accounted for but with possibility of some of those costs to be recovered which will credit bottom line. |
You have to be impressed with the management here. What they inherited and what they have achieved is outstanding. I will continue to drip feed in on any weakness in the stock price. |
Are we going to break 70p today?? |
Getting rid of the DCB ball and chain should be transformational for the share price in time. Seriously great business. Looking forward to seeing it unfold over the next year or two |
Agreed, but looks like that can be recovered from RNS, no?
Finalisation of legacy is the key, start valuing underlying business on a proper rating, revenue visibility and recurring revenues with increasing margins and cash generation. What is not to like?!
DYOR and glad I have this and MEARS as core holdings Cheers QS99 |
Dcb cost slightly more than I expected but great figures and statement. We are hugely undervalued and can see a doubling of our share price over the next couple of years. |
Great RNS IMO, finally resolution on legacy and great momentum in underlying business

Yes she played with no fear. I hope she gets to the final.Love Alcarez but think Sinner maybe slight favourite . Shame that's not the final though ! |
Shame about Radacanu Nico but to be fair the other girl looks a right little powerhouse. She was very brave and went for all her shots.I wouldn't be surprised if she won it. Can't believe her ranking. Where has she been hiding |
You're right Sooty ,tomorrow |
Tomorrow or Wednesday Sooty? |
Results tomorrow, may tell us more |
Or maybe some good news on the legacy contracts? DYOR |
