14/10/2019 10:16 | the share price is likely to be flat imo with hopefully movements up with announcements of acquisitions ....they say they have a list of them to do...& now they have the funding to do them | smithie6
11/10/2019 14:02 | Still very lowly priced when one looks back to the cost of shares of some years ago, when they were named EWG. Likely to be a steady upticker, imo, for quite some time going forward. f | fillipe

03/10/2019 16:26 | the dirs wouldnt give all the benefit to the lenders of tens of millions of £ since it wld be bad for the dirs who own 70% of the co. --- us PIs are just specs of dust, along for the ride hoping that the dirs. are 'good' & will act to obtain general benefit for all shareholders (incl. their 70% holding) as reqd. by law | smithie6
03/10/2019 16:24 | I had a quick look when it was published & got a bit of a headache ! they wanted to have use of tens of millions of real pounds your local bank wont lend it since no asset backing so they had do a deal to get it, ie. incentives for the lender quite good imo shows the dirs are quite capable imo, & have confidence, convinced the lender to lend tens of millions & appear to have a pipeline of acquisitions overall a difficult project to achieve but they are doing it & look set to complete it, or most of it (real world usually throws up some unexpected problems) so, they have my vote | smithie6
02/10/2019 20:58 | smithie6, have you read the funding payments in Dec 2023 based on pref share conversion & shortfall payment to Pollen Street - also the market cap enhanced payment (Value Sharing in 4.7 note ) pro rata based on Pollen St holding, 52% - can't work out why they think this is a good funding package - only positive is will not happen untill Dec 2023 - Plus CPShares carry a 5% preference div per year - £40m x 5% = £2m pa x 4 = £8m plus no worry about any future placings & inst's dumping after a 50% rise - like you get in so many placings | euclid5
